I'm happy with the service that I received. They were quite quick to come out and discuss everything.
I was pretty happy as I was originally told I'd have to wait for three weeks for fitting but they came out before that. They did a good job with clearing up after themselves.
The reason why I have not given 5 stars is because one of the windows In the bathroom has a crack and I'm still waiting for that to be replaced.

Workmen are very friendly and polite, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to others. Sales lady was very nice and not pushy for me to have the work done.

The Window fitters did an exellent job and it's a good product, but the communication with the company between ordering and fitting was pretty poor.

🤔 wasnt too sure at first, i always worry when builders come in, will they make a mess? Will they break anything? Will they do a good job? Will the product be right? Well i"m pleased to say opposote to all the above. A smashing set of lads, they cleaned up what little mess thay made, even fixed the alarm box that got damaged in the last storm. And finally the quality of workmanship is second to none, a very big thanks to Dan, Ricky and Joe the fitters for a top notch bit of craftmanship, a credit to the company. I would highly reccomend 1000% a ***** new conservatory roof and most importantly a very happy wife, thank you AWR

I put a complaint about this company.On behalf of my daughter.She ordered windows.But was told no material would be ordered until she gave the final go ahead.This was going to be about August time .Well she has been diagnosed with cancer just going through her chemotherapy now.She cancel the order in May .Was told she will not get any of her £775 Deposit back.I have contacted the company took them 8 days to come back with a £100 goodwill gesture.Say they have ordered all the materials.Well someone’s not telling the truth. If you have ordered all the material with my daughter deposit,Surely it must belong to her .I will keep going until I get a positive result.

The 2 fitters knew what they were doing and completed the job without making a mess. They dealt with a minor issue with a burglar alam sensor in a clever way.

I needed the soffits and facia replaced, vents installed and verge guard fitted on the gable end.
The fitters replaced the soffits, guttering and down pipes, and said the vents they had fitted were behind the gutter and couldn't be seen from the ground.
They then said they couldn't fit the verge guard as they had the wrong size tile with them. And instead of arranging a revisit I got £300 off the price and they were off down the road in their van as if it were stolen.
Subsequently I found out that no verge guard of any size could be fitted as the roof edge was too far gone to fix anything to it.
In the end, to cut a long story short, it turned out my almost 80 years old roof was in need of some really serious repairs - to the point that in fact it would be cheaper in the long term to replace the whole thing.
While the roof was off it was found that no vents had been fitted and that the existing eave trays weren't overhanging the new gutter as they should, so any water would just run down the back of the facia and sit on the soffits.
AWR said they had fitted vents but have offered no proof to date. Nor did they tell me about not being able to fit the eave trays over the gutter.
I also found that the scaffold they put up on my garage roof to get to the gable end had caused over 8 tiles to crack and now I have a leak.
Since then I have been trying to get hold of AWR and found they take a lifetime to answer the phone, are non committal when they finally do, and any email I send with pics get bounced back, usually about 3 days after sending.
Surprisingly they also have a problem in replying to email too.
And I am still waiting on their response to my complaints.
