"AVOID!!!!!!"

Please please avoid this company and save your money!!
I can see I'm not the only one to have been caught out by this company! I was told by the sales rep that I was having a complete replacement of soffits, facias, dry verge etc.
As can be seen from the photos, paint splattered dry verges were re-fitted, the fittings were not flush, there were gaps in the soffits, visible screws, the guttering was not fitted correctly.
When we complained to AWR, we were ignored for days. Emails/calls not returned – despite several assurances that they would get back to us by the end of the day. They have now since told us that dry verges were not included in the “contract” and that we would have to pay £300 to have them replaced.
The customer service rep was unhelpful, obtuse and belligerently claiming to put the phone down when confronted by her lack of follow up despite her many assurances.
I can only hope my credit card company can help us recoup some of our money, until then I will be warning anyone and everyone to save your hard earned money from these cowboys!

had a new composite door fitted.....the lad that did it has done a quality job and was really nice....on the other hand,£2400 for a front door and glass side panel i thought was a bit dear.....asked the sales rep when he came round if they do interest free finance he told me no......but later found out that they do ! why would he say no ? also a salesman came round when the door was fitted and asked if i was interested in anything else.....i said would like a quote for some windows...(told him i had no intentions of signing up to anything just wanted a quote)...same sales person came round the same day.....but would not give me a quote because my partner wasnt home ????? why ? wouldnt recomend as i find them expensive and really pushy

Absolutely first class. New garage door looks stunning. So pleased. Fitters were polite, friendly and did a really professional job. They took great pride in their work taking care to ensure we were completely happy. Would recommend highly.

No-show for a quote because my wife was going to show the chap round and she's apparently not capable of making a decision. Wow. Just wow.
Didn't bother ringing and cancelling either...ignorant as well.
If their windows are as outdated and old-fashioned as their sales technique, we're probably not going to bother with them.

We spent £6500 with Doncaster roof line only to find they had missed of a piece of bird guard now we see birds entering this area, a guy came out said he had not got any on his van and left no response at all from company so my husband had to phone them he was given a day for the work to be done no show yet again phoned the company to be give another day guess what no show now been given another day we have no confidence that they will turn up. This has got to be one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with even the install was shoddy had to have them back three times. We will probably now have to contact trading standards.
