Had a visit on 3rd May to give me a quotation to replace a window which was steamed up inside. Am still waiting for this quotation today, 20th May!!
I rang office to be asked if I had given him deposit!! I said I only wanted a price to replace window. The girl said "the minimum charge is £900!!!!
Bear in mind I have had every window, doors and conservatory done by this Company !!!! Not impressed!!!!!!

Today had a window removed and new bi fold doors fitted. Excellent quality doors and the workmanship and finishing touches by the two fitters was excellent. Highly recommend.

"Harassing and rude"

At the start of the year I had a knock at the door from the guys who was working on a nearby property trying to sell windows and doors and offer a free quote. I must have politely told the man 5 times I wasn’t interested and not in a position to look at getting the work done due to paying out for a family members funeral recently. After he’d gone I thought that was that done with. Wrong. We then had another man turn up in the evening the following date trying to force a face to face meeting with my wife to give us a quote for the work. A meeting that was never agreed or asked for. Again, we thought that was the issue dealt with. I have just now received 2 back to back calls from a withheld number from an extremely rude man basically calling me a liar. Any further harassment from your company will result in legal action. There is also a note on my door saying we do not accept cold callers.
