"Constant harassment with calls"

Update . This company are trying to have my review taken down. I see no apology on being told to shut up on there reply. Constant harassment with calls. I have said time and time again I'm not interested and still they insist on calling me on a withheld number. As they don't take no for an answer I put the phone down and they still didn't get the message and called me 6 times over a couple of minutes . I got sick of it so &answered and I told him to take my details off the system and he replied with ohh shut up and hung up. Company's like this should NOT be allowed to trade when all they do is harass people. Take no for an answer for God's sake

"Update as my door is now falling apart again......"

Ok decided to add an update as this has now been going on since 2021. The door bar which fell off after the initial fitting has now fallen off again as it obviously hasn't been fitted properly.

At first everything seemed really great, the sales team were lovely and really quick to get in touch, but I think they quickly took advantage. This was the first time we'd had something like this done and it needed doing urgently so they gave us a price we couldn't turn down and it's something we regret moving forward with. The sales process was way too quick, so much so that we didn't get much say in what windows we were having. When the windows got installed, it started raining midway through and I think this caused the team to rush which then caused issues. I was going to give 1 star but the extra star is just for the fact that they came back and fixed what we requested needed fixing. However, I'm no roof expert but I still have concerns that the roof could still be better. I still have not received an invoice and the process seemed suspicious throughout due to lack of paperwork. We are now using another company to do the rest of the house as we no longer have trust here. It's unfortunate to write a review like this but I'd hate for someone else to go through something like this. We've had lots of big companies try to get money out of us lately and I won't accept that no longer.

The firm did such a good job with our new composite front door that we had no hesitation when it came to replacing our garage door. Once again, the fitters were a great pair of lads and they did a superb job and left the area cleaner and tidier than they found it. We would happily recommend AWR for work of this kind.
