"Good service - no hassle!"

After flying in from France, I picked up my rental car with good customer service from Chris at Green Motion Stansted.No probs, no hassle and great value. Just what I required. I hope to use them again.

It is important to separate the rental broker from the company which actually supplies the cars. Vehicle Rent is a broker. In this regard, I found them excellent to deal with. They answered my questions efficiently and when I had to cancel at short notice due to health reasons, they made a complete refund.

"THIEVES, EVERYTHING YOU READ IS 100% ACCURATE...."

Everything you read here is 100% accurate. They are thieves that should be indicted.

I, like many of the other customers, purchased the additional insurance to avoid paying for any damage to the vehicle. My rental mirror was hit as I was parked in Lisbon and Vehicle-rent claimed it would take up to 90 days to receive a refund. Well, it's over 100 days now and they have completely stopped answering emails.

I am certain the reason for the 90 day refund policy is to hope the customer forgets about their claim. Well, no one has forgotten and they simply ignore everyone that places a claim.

The only way to get my refund is through legal action and I will explore that avenue.

Do not rent from these thieving cowards or you will undoubtedly regret it.

"Vehicle Rent - THE WORST CAR HIRE EVER!!!!!!"

Whenever someone will come across this company, they should AVOID it! They are thieves, in simple words. My girlfriend and I are waiting for our money back for over 100 days. There is no contact with them at all! We cannot contact with anybody, they don't reply to our phone calls and emails. To say that their customer service is poor, is like to say nothing. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!

"WHY DO REFUNDS TAKE SO LONG?"

Regrettably, like a number of other dissatisfied customers, I too have an outstanding Relax Package claim settlement. My copy and pasted email from Vehicle Rent, confirmed on 7th June that my claim had been successfully processed. It is well past 90 days and I am still waiting for 355,00 EUR.

Unfortunately, my e-mails are unanswered.

I submitted a claim back in June and I am YET to be refunded. I tried several times ringing the customer service number and no one ever managed to confirm whether I will receive my money back or not.
Only email I got from the Post rental support says the refund was made and that I should be refunded within 90 days..it's been over 100 days and I still haven't heard back from them, no one is answering my emails..I am having to take legal action as this has never happened to me before with other companies I used previously.
So unprofessional of them, disappointing service and very frustrating when you think other companies can sort the claim out within a few weeks..this is what I'm going to do from now on.. I may spend a bit more but it is definetely worth it if you get a better service and your money back!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AS OF TODAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2019 STILL NO UPDATES AND NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ANY OF MY EMAILS SENT.
I AM NOW COUNTING THE DAYS AND IT IS NOW 116 DAYS AFTER THE 90 DAYS THE CONTRACT SAYS!
I will have to take legal action, really frustrating as I have been using vehicle rent twice before but nothing like this happened to me before.
