I had a terrible experience with Dear June and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I placed an order and waited forever, only to be told they couldn’t send the item due to issues on their end. I politely asked for a refund but after multiple requests they only offered a voucher. It was a mistake at their end so they should have simply refunded. The item was on sale at that time and now all other products are too expensive for me to use the voucher. I trusted the brand and paid upfront but that was a mistake. Save yourself the hassle, don’t order from them and definitely don’t pay in advance
