There were definitely products on the site, but I don't understand that all three were sold out. It's very unpleasant. Why are you making fun of a product that you don't have on the site

Acquistato un paio di jeans. Mi arriva un jeans diverso da quello descritto e fotografato nella scheda prodotto. Scrivo loro e chiedo di mandarmi il jeans corretto (ovviamente dietro reso del jeans erroneamente consegnato). Mi rispondono di non comprare il prodotto (perchè dovrei ricomprarlo se l'errore è stato loro) e che stanno controllando le disponibilità del prodotto da me acquistato. La scheda prodotto continua a visualizzare l'articolo, da ancora la possibilità di aggiungerlo al carrello e di pagare per un prodotto che, come da loro dichiarato, non hanno la sicurezza di avere. Inaffidabili!
In più, il servizio clienti mi ha risposto che loro non sono responsabili di quello che io capisco (come se per comprendere di aver ricevuto un prodotto sbagliato ci volesse chissà quale facoltà mentale). Anche scortesi ed ai limiti dell'imbroglio.

UPDATE a seguito di risposta: non mi state dando assistenza, mi state dando risposte standard da vostri T&C ma non state fornendo una soluzione del caso specifico

Overall shopping experience is great with a variety of brands to choose from, delivery and customer experience is outstanding. Website seems to be a bit slow at times and heavy loaded but would recommend to anyone.
