Firstly I would like to thank Elvan Scott for her first class response to my enquiry asking for assistance in withdrawing funds for the first time ( after taking my full lump sum payments )
She clearly explained the time line involved, with the steps that needed to be done to ensure funds are in the Trustee Cash Account. She then carefully and very clearly explained the steps to undertake to complete the rest of the process- step by step.
It did help that I have looked at the website a number of times before so when I got to the relevant sections I had seen some of it before but still found it crucial to have clear guidance on the specific sections that needed to be accessed.
Overall well done and thank you Elvan.
