The trip was mostly GREAT! The last minute flight cancelations and missing the first day events were a bummer.

We had little to no freedom, it was so strict. We absolutely STARVED to death because they only let us have disgusting ones size fits all meals at totally crappy restaurants (even tho we were right near so many beautiful restaurants). It was so rushed, we barely got to do anything. Our tour guide was incredibly rude. Also, who on Earth decided to book us hotels so far outside of the cities? Our hotel in Paris wasnt even in Paris. Our tour guide kept getting us lost and was very snappy and not at all polite. I spent so much money on this trip was absolutely SCAMMED!!!

While the trip was surely memorable, many times the accommodations were below average. Additionally sometimes the days lacked an enjoyable structure and flow. Nonetheless the tour guide was amazing and the trip was truly amazing.

"Costa Rica 2022"

From our initial phone call to the end of our trip, Explorica reps were knowledgable, helpful, and organized. They were not pushy with weekly phone calls or emails, but were prompt in responding when questions did arise. We definitely got our money's worth, as well, experiencing new activities (like whitewater rafting), flora, and fauna that are unavailable in our area. We were tired at the end of each day, but experienced many firsts in our lifetime. Our guide, Jenny, and our driver, Andrés, were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. It was truly a positive experience spending our money and time with them.

The trip was great even we did have some situation of challenges, because 11 of the group of 22 did not get their luggage, everyone was open mind and go with the flow. Our tour director Valentina was great and helped us with all.
Love that Explorica take care of all of us.
I will suggest better food, sometimes was little and students were still hungry
