"TERRIBLE!!......"

I took my Mazda CX7 to Motorpark, Bolton for diagnosis of a noise coming from the REAR of my car thinking they were the experts.... How wrong was I.
They said they couldn't hear anything after a test drive..(a test drive in a smooth car park?!....proof on my Dashcam!!) but found a worn tracking arm at the FRONT…. £80 paid.
I took the car somewhere else as Motorpark ignored my complaint emails and they diagnosed the REAR shock absorbers were the culprit. So I had them changed together with the front tracking arm…..the cars perfect now.
I’ve since tried to get my £80 back as I feel that faulty shock absorbers is a fundamental car problem and should have need diagnosed at Bolton, but they won’t because I had the track arm done at the same time saying that that could have been the cause of the noise!!?.....err, the noise was coming from the rear!....ombudsman here I come
