"NOT EFFICIENT."
My car was booked in for a minor repair at Bolton Motorpark. I dropped it off at approx 9.10am for collection at 3.30pm. On arrival for collection I was told the repair was underway , after having been informed in the morning that it would be ready. !! I was asked to wait 30 minutes, and an hour later I approaced the desk to see if it was ready. It was, and was brought to me outside. The inside smelled heavily of oil, which I assumed to be be the technician had moved the car without covering the seat to protect it, and the mirror was full of soiled fingermarks, which in my opinion should have been cleaned. !! Not the kind of service I was expecting.

Brought a Jeep from Oldham Motors. It was far too expensive for our budget and we hadn't even seen the car until after we brought it. The salesman Sean didn't sell us the car and we didn't decide to buy it. But we came from there enthralled with what we got. I'm not sure how they do it, but they do it brilliantly. I think they are on to something: don't pressure the customer; present them with quality opportunities; do your very best to make sure everything is fantastic. It is a winning formula.
Highly recommend them, 10/10 in every department. Give them a try, I promise you they will be the first place we look at for a new car and it will probably be the only place we look. Sean Thompson - top bloke.

The price, the handover of car, the finance explanation. Emails , calls, all answered promptly and professionally. I was a bit sceptical about buying a car having never actually seen it in the flesh. But I was that confident from my lengthily discussions with Emre and Adrian all would be fine and as described, and in hindsight there was nothing to worry about. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have brought 2 cars from Doves Volvo of Croydon both times the salesman were not pushy, just very helpful. They managed to get the car we wanted at the price we could afford each month. Any work carried out is always good, and the car is cleaned by the time you pick it up. Plus they always have a car for us to use while they have ours. We will continue to use this company, thank-you.
