Rude, conning, dishonest, incompetent, liars.
Pretty much sums up our experience of this company.
If you are stupid enough to use this lot take extra cash with you to pay to exit the car park. Be prepared to be sent to the wrong terminal. Be prepared to wait over an hour for your vehicle to arrive (at wrong terminal). Be prepared to be cut off when speaking to them (they don’t like you asking awkward questions like ‘where is my car?’). Be prepared to put up with their disinformation as you don’t know where they are or where your car is kept.
So, if you like loitering in multi storey car parks in the middle of the night with feelings of complete helplessness, these are the guys for you!

I was supposed to get my car back yesterday at Gatwick South but the company has lost my key and promised to pay for the taxi home but haven't.
I have no car the company doesn't inform you of what is happening and I'm of pocket £65 for the taxi.
Do not trust them they are no better than criiminals.
I will have to contact the police in the hope of getting my car back.

They unfortunately are also in the hands of the scammers...But here is my story:
Horrendous services…turned up an hour late, with my vehicle covered in mud inside and out, the baby seat had been removed and nowhere to be seen, 800 extra miles on the car, looked at the sat nav and the vehicle had been to Hale and Manchester Airport, Wi-Fi router, aftershave, umbrellas, mobile phone charger leads all stolen!! Managed to get the baby seat back after arguing. Scratches all over the vehicle. And it turns out not only have they used the vehicle on long runs, but to transfer drivers back and forth… I bet when we turned up with an 8 seater, they went BINGO.. Contacted the Police, Gatwick security…. And going to try and do them for taking without consent….. Apparently Gatwick are unable to close them down, but the Crawley Borough Council, can if they get enough complaints…

I have my very awful experience from this company dated 23 Sept 2022! BEWARE to all future clients not to book from any of Skylink Group Limited agent's (Ezybook" or "skylinkparking.co.uk) nor direct from this company. Just because you're looking for a reasonable price, you'll sacrifice the safety of your car.
My experience from beginning up to ending of service is very horrible. They will come more than 1 hour late to collect your car & upon delivery as well! Not to mention that the person will not show up to hand over you the car, instead they will park it in a different place. Surprisingly i saw that they used my car as i found a LOT of DAMAGES in the wheels & body of car. I just hope no more customers will be a victim of this crooked company, as who knows they might use the car for some illegal activities. Everyone, please take a heed & don't be one of the dismaying customers.

Please do not use these people, they did not answer phone to meet us, we ended up at car park at Gatwick where instructed to go where there was several people moaning to one man about the poor service, we eventually got on our way had a weeks holiday, came home to get car at 4.00 am & noticed car been damaged both sides & had done 100 miles, & totally scuffed the alloy wheels, told the bloke he said call the office this afternoon which we did constantly as they either hang up or don’t answer, I was persistent & they answered told them & they basically said what do you want me to do about it??? & didn’t give a s..t, reported to Sussex police who have had loads of complaints, do not use these people.

Absolute Cowboy outfit. I arrived at Gatwick to collect my car at 4pm on the 20/9/22 only to be told they had lost my keys. They suggested I use my spare key which they said I was advised to bring with me in their T&Cs, it isn't by the way. They then said I could get a taxi to and from my house to collect my spare key, a 200 mile round trip, then mail the reciept to them for payment, not really an option I then requested they informed me where my car was and they withheld this information. There was no other help offered other than I could wait all night at the airport to see if they could find my key or three days if they had to order a new one. finally they said I could organise a recovery truck to transport my car to my home at my expense. in the end I had a friend bring me a key and they then reluctantley gave me a post code where my car was located. This turned out to be a reputable company APH and not where my car was. After calling them back a guy turned up in a transit and said follow me. My car was located in what could only be described as an off road 4x4 dirt track/field. I arrived home at 11:30PM. My advice is to to stay away from this company as there were about 9 other customers who waited hours for thier cars, arrived back with over 200 miles on the clock, had there house keys removed from thier key rings or just arrived back damaged and filthy dirty. Some customers trying to drop off their cars saw the chaos and just took their custom elsewhere. I didnt even want to give the 1 star but had to to leave this review Please heed all other bad reviews as they are honestly a joke. Should be taken off the official Gatwick comparison site and kicked of the airport,

"WARNING DO NOT USE !!"
Called ahead to drop off at North Terminal was told to go to south Terminal. Arrived home at 3am waited 3 hours for the car while waiting at the south people we’re arriving to drop off who we’re booked to drop off at North the same story used car park blocked, which was rubbish- rude And helpful Beware- u would be better off parking in a cheap car park and getting the bus is zero stars ⭐️ you would be mad to use this company A
