the size and convenience of delivery and set up= all good. the phone app is difficult to use. and the remote control use is not real clear. Worst is it can't blow up above 50, still a bit too soft....

Great bed & great service. We love our bed. And whenever we call them, their support has been excellent. I believe since the company is probably smaller than their rival, they probably try harder (think Avis vs. Hertz).

He was able to answer all of our questions which made us feel comfortable in purchasing the Personal Comfort mattress and bed base. Very refreshing after trying to deal with Sleep number sales people. I would recommend anybody ask to speak with Russell for help or information. We appreciate all the time he took with us to make our purchase feel great!!!!

Mattress did not work for me, failed to resolve my sciatica issue. Returned after trial period. Full purchase price not refunded due to separation in return shipping around the hoses. No way for the purchaser to prevent it.

Love the bed, however we weren’t told we needed a remote control to put air in the mattress when we ordered this. I was finally able to inflate the bed using an app on my phone! We were then sent a remote & appreciate the help getting this inflated with my phone!

I had EXCELLENT interactions with every member of your staff that I spoke to, and Kaitlyn doubly so. She went above and beyond more than once.
As can happen with any air mattresses, I got a leak after about seven months. I called, and was sent a replacement chamber OVERNIGHT, for free.
One thing I’d recommend to anyone, is purchasing the wired remote option. I found that to be superior to the app when it came to immediate feedback about the current pressure, and the auto fill button comes in handy.
