From the beginning of the purchase to almost finished now hope we don’t have to get a lawyer involved, but I will if need be. Would not recommend this company at all. Over 50 back-and-forth emails and we still have this mattress sitting on our floor.

Adell was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! I probably kept her on the phone for way longer than I/we should ever admit, but it was totally worth it. There were no pressure sales tactics, honest and personal opinions were given, and her consultation was about ME and what would work best for ME. She answered every one of my skeptical questions, and she reassured me of my future satisfaction, even though I was already prepared to purchase the new R13 King Bundle. Adell is very knowledgeable of the product and has personal experiences with it, to boot. I couldn't have been connected with a better associate for this deal.

If employees like Adell are any indication of how much I'll appreciate the new bed and what I can look forward to in customer service, Personal Comfort is already beyond 5 stars.

PC: Adell is a value worth modeling your sales and customer service after. She's a true testament of what companies need in such departments, and I wish I could have someone like her on EVERY call I ever have to make regarding a product or service. It's too bad she's not local; as an HR director of a fairly large construction company, I would be poaching her in a heartbeat!

I called not to purchase but with a possible work order. RJ was so polite, never tried to dodge helping me because he is in the sales area and not service calls. After my husband and I discussed the possibility of upgrading our bed I called back and RJ walked me through the order. A huge kudo to Adele who was willing to transfer my call to RJ since he had helped me earlier.

"DOES NOT HOLD AIR"

Sure wanted to love this bed...night 8 and I have to get up 4 to 5 times a night to inflate. no matter what number setting, this piece of junk will NOT hold air.
Within 1.5 to 2 hours, it's down to #5 and I am laying on the bed frame. $1,000 for an overpriced TWIN SIZE mattress. More than disgusted. I am 67 & disabled, so I have no way of packing back up and returning.

This past May my husband and I were once again in the market for a new mattress. For the past 16 years we have been in an battle trying to find the "right fit" but couldn't find that match that would work for the both of us.
