"Best Beds EVER."

I've bought one of your king size beds before, still have it and it's still the BEST BED EVER. So when we needed a replacement for our second bed in another room we bought another bed this time a queen size. We've had air baffle beds from another popular company that advertises on tv all the time, but theirs kept losing air all the time, especially when our dogs jump up to be with us. That does not happen with your mattresses. They stay full and NEVER lose air no matter how much we or our dogs play on the bed. The service was also fast between ordering the bed and receiving it by shipping. It set up quickly. Just had to unroll it and let it "puff back" before filling the air baffle. We didn't have to put anything together like your earlier beds that had to be put together with all the zippered sections, pads, air baffle and so on. Our first bed is an earlier model that we put together and it is still perfect too. What I really love about your beds is that they can be adjusted with air depending on how we feel. Some night we want more firmness or less and you can't do that with a traditional spring mattress. You should really advertise on tv. I only found your beds years ago when we got our first bed by comparing air baffle bed companies on the internet and yours came hands up the better bed than any air baffle beds for quality, and price. I called to talk to a representative back then before ordering and she was very informed and was able to answer any questions I had. You've got a great company and great reps too.

The salesman misrepresented what's included "in the box"

As a repeat customer I ordered a queen A8 (2 chamber) with a PF-3 frame. My prior order was a split king and a PF-4.

Because there is nowhere on the website that describes products to the nth degree you are forced to rely on the salesman and mine had misinformation and I don't know if I have any recourse other than a poor review.

Bottom line. I did not receive what was promised. He said the frame would have head and foot massage on each side. And that it would have the integrated "skirt". I can live with the massage situation but not the skirt issue. I would have upgraded to the PF-4 before buying what looks like a floating piece of plywood.

Updates as of 9/21/23... Since providing my initial review, I've been in touch with Personal Comfort customer service. I've been working with Lonny and he's made every effort to bring my level of satisfaction up to par. I'm reevaluating my experience to 4-stars. (Thank you!)

My experience was very good thanks in large part to the information that was provided by Adell F. regarding my choices and ultimate purchase of an A5 mattress and the P3 adjustable base. As of today, I'm very please with it's comfort and adjustablilty.

"The setup took only a few minutes"

The setup took only a few minutes! Unroll the package, and wait for a minute or two for it to decompress. Hook up the air pump and plug it in. Open the app on your phone and start searching for a sleep number that fits you! I have never had such a great night's sleep!

"This bed is very good"

This bed is very good ! Helped solve some old age aches and pains almost immediately ! Would buy again. Only one we could find in Queen size with separate top section for sloping back.

we also purchased separately one remote control unit which works somewhat, but not to easily.

"I just love everything about this bed"

I just love everything about this bed. The saleman was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He notified us when the bed was running late being shipped. Delivery went off without a hitch. The bed is awesome we love the split flex queen as we each can sleep comfortable at our individual settings. Love the massage feature and the night light. I just recently discovered the USB ports awesome feature indeed. Would recommend this bed over the more expensive sleep number ( we have previously owned one) we feel that the more cost effective icomfort has as good if not better features that them. I recommend to all my friends

"BED FROM HELL 3 LEAKY MATTRESSES IN 6 WEEKS Final opinion not reached yet but my…"

BED FROM HELL 3 bad mattresses in 6 weeks Final opinion not reached yet but my wife calls this the bed from hell. Within 2 weeks of purchasing one side of the bed leaked. Then after a few more weeks the other side leaked. After a week they sent us a new air bladder and it leaked. Also the compressor is not working properly. I am awaiting 2 new air bladders and a compressor and hopefully my $11,000 R15 bed will work. I complained about bed not getting hard enough and asked to exchange for the cheaper R13 which is firmer and $2800 less but they said that since i did not buy the bed direct from them but from a local mattress store that the 120 day sleep guarantee did not apply. WOW ! They have offered to send me more fill to make the bed firmer at no charge for the $2800 difference. Since they have been in biz 30 years i assume they changed air bladder manufacturers i spent $100 and 6 hours trying to fix bladders myself with no luck they are too thin . My back is sore from sleeping on bed without air. They dont have repair people in Florida
