Bought the bed in May of 2022 had pump issue in March of 2023. It is now June of 2023 and have been promised a new pump from customer support 4 times now still nothing. Apparently 82 days of crappy sleep is just fine with Personal Comfort. Ticket Number 239589. The ticket number is in the review. Look it up and you will see the issues. Now they are calling me a liar asking for documentation even tho they can go read there own ticket number. Trying to cover there tracks and keep an honest review off the site.
