"Andrew was a GREAT!"

Andrew was a GREAT help to me. He walked me through fixing my remote controls for my adjustable bed when the manufacturer of the remote controls couldn't even help me they just wanted to charge me more money to buy new ones. Andrew saved me money and is a great asset and customer service representative.

"SUPERIOR SERVICE AND INFORMATIVE"

"It took a bit of maneuvering"

It took a bit of maneuvering, emails, and calls to finally get to sleep in our bed, and we loved it. After numerous attempts to sinc the Air Controller Pump to the bed, the APP would not recognize the controller and just could not find the bed. We actually deleted the APP, got a new wireless remote and was able to get the bed aired up.

Without the help of Kaitlyn, I believe we would have returned the bed. KUDOS to you Kaitlyn.

"Ready to by a bed but tricked into calling and then I wasn't but after some good email contact i did."

I came to the website to buy a bed. The web site was difficult to navigate, but I figured out how to configure what I wanted. But there are all these pop ups saying you have to call to get the promo code. And when I got to the end and was ready to order there is a place to enter the discount code. So finally I called. They are telling me they can't give promo code over the phone and I have to buy over the phone. To me this is a trick, it's like bait and switch, or is it fraud if they say one thing on the web site (call to get the promo code) and the say another thing on the phone (We can't give you promo codes). Still seems like the bed I want - but not a place I want to do business with.

I am being asked for my order number to verify that I am having a genuine experience. But as I explained above I have not ordered because I am on the web site trying to get a promo code but they won't give me one over the phone even though the website says to call to get the promo. I'm hoping this message gets through to their upper management and that do something to fix there online purchase experience. If this gets taken down because I didn't actually buy (yet) then it's not legitimately about purchase experience - only about successful purchase experiences which would be biased - wouldn't it. I'm need to buy a bed. Where is still up for grabs. Technically the personal comfort bed looks pretty good.

Well I filled out the contact us form on the web page and made my complaint and I was contacted by Andrew who sent me a written quote. I talked about it with my wife and we went for the flex 3 base instead of the flex 4 so we got another quote by email from Andrew. We didn't get as much discount as we did when we were buying the more expensive base but I understand. So we ended up calling Andrew and placing the order. It all went well. Is still going to be some weeks before I receive it but I'm updating this review and my rating from 1 star.

"Beyond Comfort & Excellent Service"

We just purchased a Personal Comfort bed and absolutely love it! RJ walked us through the entire process and made it seamless. We even received our bed before expected. I was worried that it might take a while to adjust to the new mattress, but that was not the case at all. I love that we can adjust our head and feet -- sleeping on a flat mattress will now be a challenge. Long term I think this will be a much better investment than all of the other mattress we were looking at. Thank you to RJ for the outstanding customer service.
