"I was pleased with the quality BUT!"

I was pleased with the quality of the bed but it is simply not soft... after a year of adjusting the air level i called and asked what could be done... this started a week and a half long waste of time with customer serve that can't remedy the problem... one phone call to Sleep Number and in fifteen minutes I've got a top on the way that should fix the problem... meanwhile, these folks don't reply... except to say we're sorry it's taking so long to get an answer from manufacturing... I think they might be going out of business...
