I purchased a bed with an adjustable base about 4 years ago. The base quit working (may have been from a power outage/surge?) and the company that produces the base was going to make me pay for the replacement board. Personal comfort offered (without asking) to pay for the replacement!!! Thank you so much!!! The definition of GREAT customer service!!!!

"Andrew p’s help literally sold me on the bed."

Andrew was the sales rep that I talk to on the phone. I needed a bed and was having a difficult time from several different bed companies trying to get what I needed and get information on the beds. I saw that Personal Comfort had a phone number, so I called and spoke with Andrew. He definitely was the reason I bought the bed. He answered all my questions, which were many and definitely redundant, but he was always patient and answered every single question that I had, and probably answer the same question multiple times. If this bed turns out to be as good as I hope, then I will definitely be reaching out to Andrew for another bed in the near future, as I will need another when I am finished remodeling my master bedroom. I cannot review the actual bed itself, because I have just ordered it and this review is only for the customer service, but I will definitely leave another review after I receive the bed and have tried it out for a few months.

I needed a great bed for my daughter that has severe back pain from scolosis rods in her back. Russell listened to me, answered many questions, and helped me get the best price available. It has a 120 day trial period if the mattress is not the right fit.
