Our experience with personal comfort website was pretty good but the site is kind of cluttered and overwhelming. So I called to get help from a salesperson and Russell was very helpful. He explained things in easy to understand language without any sales pitch. He was friendly but professional and ultimately made us decide to purchase a mattress and base from him. I am grateful for his help and patience with all our questions. We are looking forward to the mattress’ arrival and hope that we love it as much as others do. Wish there was a store nearby so that we could test the mattress before buying.

The representative Russell for Personal Comfort was very pleasant and professional. He helped with coming up with the best purchase for us and definitely working up a sales price compared with a like product from Sleep Number of over a $900 savings. We have both a Sleep Number and Personal Comfort beds, both are very comparable but the Personal Comfort bed is a much better price alternative. We have using both for over 6 years each and have to give Personal Comfort the best deal between the two.
