"It took forever to get our mattress…"

It took forever to get our mattress when they even gave us a time frame.. I had to call several times to finally get it. We slept on it the 45 days and neither of us could ever sleep good on it so we returned it. We had extreme issues with the pillows we ordered and it took over 4 months and 40 emails to no evail to finally receive one but not the second one from our order. They promised over and over they would resolve the issue and have never done so. I would not recommend this company.

I had to return one Personal Comfort bed because I had to get a medical bed for my wife, and I needed to make my bed softer. I was fortunate to obtain help from Kaitlyn A. because she was very understanding and extremely helpful with my return, and sending a product which made my bed very comfortable.
Through my research of beds I believed that Personal Comfort manufactured a very good bed. I was very pleased to find that customer service was equally very good.

Russell was very patient explaining the different options for mattresses and adjustable bed frames. He helped me understand what the total price would be for each option and made sure I understood that only the mattress qualifies for the 120 trial.

I'm looking forward to getting our new bed and trying out the massage feature of the bed frame

I can see why so many other reviewers said they had a great experience with Russell. I also appreciate knowing that the refund policy only covers the mattress since that was one of the main issues I saw in the negative reviews for PC.

I do wish that their website did more make you call in to get the sales pricing for their bundles.
