Tried several other beds prior to getting this one. Salesman on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up getting the A10 (King) and am very happy with our purchase.

My husband and I have gone through six beds in the last two years (including a Sleep#! We couldn't believe how horrible it was!) but we love our Personal Comfort A8!

Each and every component is quality, from the covers to the hoses and everything in between. I also love that we have the ability to simply unzip the top (a beautiful, comfortable top) and exchange any layer - or add one.

I'd like to add one feature that we love: the sides! The sides are strong and able to hold weight. That is missing in so many beds these days.

This is the second bed we have purchased from Personal Comfort. We love these beds. And yes, they both work very well for us. I like my side firm and my wife likes her side very soft. The first one is 6 years old and still works great for us.

I bought an adjustable base system about 1 year ago, loved the bed but now that I am having trouble with one of the components it doesn't seem like anybody cares. I have called the service line multiple times and their getting back to you in 1 business day is a joke, that has been more like 3-4 if at all. Customer service Lorna C has e-mailed me even spoke once and then no more contact. Luckily the bed is stuck in the right position otherwise my bed would be useless and this has been going on for over 3 months. Totally disappointed in their customer service, had even been bragging about my bed and telling friends to look into Personal Comfort but definitely not anymore!!! If it hadn't cost me around 7 thousand dollars it would be in scrap pile!!!

I would give a zero rating if I could. Your customer service is a joke in itself. I have been lied to so many times about my order, and when I ask to just refund my money I get no response. I regret ever spending a dime with this company, never again and I will let everyone I know not to deal with personal comfort.

The A5 is the BEST bed we have ever owned. Its so comfortable. The pillow-top is very soft.

My daughter has spinal issues and fibromyalgia, and uses this mattress on an adjustable bed base. She's finally able to sleep most nights.

We love our bed. We bought adjustable bases and everything is great. Much cheaper than sleep number.

To start off, Russell, the salesman was great. He has very good P.R. At first we had a slight problem with delivery, but it was handled efficiently by Lonnie, one of the managers, and with the aid of Rae, one of the supervisors. My wife and I have slept well since we have had it. It conforms well to your body when sleeping on it. Likewise, a plus to this bed from my wife's vantage point, is that she says that she does not hear me snore near as much. What I do is raise the head slightly higher than what is recommended in the instructions. After all is done, and completed, we are well pleased with the bed, as well as with the performance between Personal Comfort. So, a big thank you.

"The process was easy..."

The process was easy, and the person who installed the bed was very nice. I was a little worried when I found out this was the first time he was installing this particular bed model, however, the bed is working fine and nothing seems to be out of sorts.
We both like the bed and are able to adjust the comfort level as needed.
I do wish that I had been able to go into a store and see the beds prior ordering just for peace of mind before ordering, but I understand not having a store keeps the cost down a bit.
We are satisfied with this purchase.
