"I cannot put into words how much better…"

I cannot put into words how much better we sleep. We LOVE IT!!
Also, we love traveling in our rv and let me say, after just 1 night sleeping on a different mattress other than personal comfort....ughh. My husband and I both said, "Gosh, now I know we truly love our personal comfort." We missed our bed at home. So we hope to save enough money to purchase one for the rv.

"We purchased the A10 Flex Head King bed…"

We purchased the A10 Flex Head King bed with the Power Flex 3 base. I just set it up 5 days ago and can say it's a quality built system. I still have a hard time swallowing what this thing costs but a little less than a week in and it seems to be a very comfortable bed. Hopefully it continues to impress.

"I paid $299.99 for in home set up but…"

I paid $299.99 for in home set up but what I got was 2 guys that wouldn't even take the stuff out of the plastic bag! They left it all leaning against a wall after stating they were not allowed to touch and other part of the bed which is impossible. The mattress has to be placed on the frame to be used I mean seriously? I called support the next day and talked to Megan who agreed what had transpired was unacceptable and told me there was another company that was better and in my area that she would have call me and set up a time to do what the first guys were supposed to do. Meanwhile I have no bed to sleep on. No one ever called me! Nearly a month later a woman called wanting to know if I still wanted the service. I was never refunded the $299.99 set up fee I paid. I could have had it delivered for free so what did I pay for? I eventually had to set it all up by myself. The frame came bent and without any hardware to assemble it with so I went to the hardware store to buy what I needed. I emailed Megan several times but never again did I hear from her or anyone from personal comfort! $2999.99 for a bed should have been a better experience! Then I get a message my account is past due for payment but never received a bill or any other form of communication from Synchrony Bank and after finally getting through to them and going through a lot of hoops (because I had no account number they wouldn't discuss the bill) since I had never received a statement or agreement etc. I find out they sent everything including the attached account credit card to the wrong address. Again no response from personal comfort! My credit is something I take very seriously and have 0 late payments until I dealt with these people.
Now I don't think the bed is working properly and would like that $299.99 deducted off my bill but I see no sense in bothering to contact this company again. I will however be reporting them to the BBB for the horrible service and product!

You've ask for additional information but I am not sure what reference number you want. The customer service ticket was always the same it was Request #217120
My original order was placed on 2/6/21 number 10147179.. I have several attempts to contact customer support all on the same string in a email. I did not however record any phone conversations

"Second purchase from Personal Comfort!"

We bought our first split king A8, with an adjustable base, to have at our daughters house in January 2019. Delivery was very prompt and the deal at the time included set up. We loved that bed so much that we decided to order another (an A10 this time) for our own house and move our sleep number bed to our bedroom at my mother in laws house! This time parts were back ordered and the bed took much longer to receive. We already had an adjustable base so we only ordered the bed. It arrived in three big boxes delivered by FedEx. I am a 59 year old lady and I assembled it by myself while my husband was golfing to surprise him! It was very easy to put together! It was worth the wait to receive! I know our daughter and son-in-law use the one at their house that is “ours” a lot when we are not there lol! These beds are great…you will not be sorry if you choose one!

I have lower back issues and like a firm bed and my husband wants a bed that is so soft it “feels like a cloud”. Our personal comfort bed has made us both happy :)

"The person who delivered teh be did not…"

The person who delivered the be did not know how to set it up. I had to help them. The wireless charging station never worked. About a month ago my wife's side of the bed base stopped adjusting.

"I do not recommend buying one of these…"

I do not recommend buying one of these Mattresses. From the get go the agent was trying to upsale me. The price was $899 and we ended up paying $1200. When the mattress came it was sent with the wrong chamber. We ordered the dual and got a single. After the dual was recvd, I called in because it was exteremly uncomfortable, again. I was sent a foam piece to place on top the chamber and I given TODAY'S DATE for my 120 day trial return... After a couple of days it was worse. I called and spoke with customer service again and left a msg! No return call this time and how convenient my email i sent was lost/not found! Well I call today and say I wanted to return it bc neither myself nor my husband are comfortable sleeping, guess what? It's 1 day past the date. Today is the day it ends and they won't let me return it. So no they do not guarantee the 120 return policy! So please do yourself a favor and save yourself he headaches.

Now I'm stuck. Stuck with a mattress that feels like a board, stuck with a mattress my husband feels like he's falling off a cliff when he turns over at night. Just plain stuck!

"I want to return my bed and called on…"

I want to return my bed and called on 5/30/21. I was told I'd need to purchase another piece. I will not do that after paying $2400 for an uncomfortable bed. They said they'd look into it and get back with me in 24 hours. That would have been yesterday and I've heard nothing.
Update: they have responded with phone calls and emails and are working with me. I do appreciate that all their staff is polite.
