"We are generally happy with our new…..."

We are generally happy with our new bed. There are a couple of things, however, that we are having trouble getting used to. First, our old bed was 28” inches high. This bed is significantly lower. Psychologically it doesn’t look right. Secondly, unless we are laying right in the middle of our side we tend to feel like we are rolling to the middle. The outside edge is more supportive so it’s not noticeable. But it has the feeling of sleeping on an air mattress.

This is the best bed we have even experienced in our lives! We tried various beds and top brands and just could not get a situation where both my wife and I were able to have the same comfort level. One bed would be good for my wife and horrible for me and vice versa. We settled on a sleep number bed, but again, it was not excellent for either one of us. We then tried the Personal Comfort bed and holy cow!— It was amazing even from the first night. It was instant comfort for me as a 220 lbs guy and was really good for my wife, but over the course of just one week and minor adjustments to her number, she was able to find the same excellent comfort and sleep experience that I had from day 1. After just two weeks, we had to leave our bed for a short trip. While the trip was fun and enjoyable, we missed our new Personal Comfort bed back home so much! It is honestly, a bit embarrassing how much we enjoy going to bed now! :) We also purchased the flex bed base option and that has been great as well. My sleep apps from my Oura Ring and my Res Med product has proven with all certainty that I am sleeping much better, but I don’t need an app to tell me that I am sleeping much better. My back feels great, I sleep for long periods of time without moving or shifting, and I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I would give 10 stars if I could. I am not a “leave a review guy”, but because this is real and could improve the quality of other people’s lives, I have left one. This is a great company and a great product. I could not be more pleased.

I am not one to leave reviews. I bought the a7 to replace a 15+ year old sleep number. The sleep number was an amazing bed, everything worked like it should for all those years, but the zipper broke and sleep number wanted $1200 to replace the pillow top. So I started researching beds and found personal comfort. It 2 weeks from purchase date to arrival. I dealt with a man named Russell, good guy, he knew I that knew what I wanted, and tried to upsell because it's his job but he did not try to push me, I appreciated that. Received the bed, set up and have slept great since. Amazing bed, I am beyond impressed with my purchase.

I had the most rested nite. My wanting to sleep longer hours is non-existence. I am still working on my perfect number.

We placed our order two months ago and no bed still. The bills have come on time the last two months but no bed. It’s hard to review something you never received. We have gotten a number of empty promises but no bed. Very disappointed.
As per your response, my name is not Gail and it has said shipped for two months now. Still no bed. How sincere are you??

This is the second set of mattresses we've had. The reason for the new order was to upgrade to more comfort padding and for a reversible top plus the new remotes have memory storage to allow you to save your settings.
This new set is great and just what we were looking for.
