"People more likely to leave a bad review"

Ordered a few times with this company, have been very happy with the value for money.
Order far in advance of needing parts, if you want items quickly probably better to go elsewhere, after all parts are coming from france.
There own brand bolk parts seem great.

"Absolutely appalled with the service…"

Absolutely appalled with the service they provide , sent over a part which I specified was RHD and spoke to customer service and they assured me thats what I was recieving. To find out when i brought it to the garage it was indeed LHD and give you very basic instuctions on how to return it if you're even lucky enough to get through to one of their staff which is an achievement in itself , avoid avoid avoid. The part in question was a wiper motor

"Stay away from this company!!!!"

Please Stay away from this company!!
I made a order worth a large sum of money, this order consisted of 4 parts I only received one!!!
I thought that my experience with Mister Auto couldn't get any worse, when I contacted them to complain about missing parts of my order it got so much worse only to be completely frustrated further by their foreign customer adviser 'Vladimir' who kept repeating that my order had been delivered he couldn't grasp that only 1 part of my order had been delivered and that the other 3 parts were still Missing!!!
He clearly didn't have a understanding of the order and what the parts consisted of, so he then asked to put me hold so he could apparently go to check something and surprisingly he didn't come back!
I called Mister Auto straight back and a foreign man answers again to which sounded like the previous adviser Vladimir so I said is this Vladimir he responded to me "Vladimir Putin" I couldn't believe he had responded to me with this unprofessional, unacceptable remark, to which I then asked did he think that was funny, what a shocking and unprofessional thing to say, as I now become even more worried who is this scam company that I am dealing with, I insisted that he tell me his name before I proceeded further as he clearly wasn't the previous adviser who I had complained to about my missing order, this next adviser was a whole other level of unhelpful he had a frightfully rude manner and refused to give me his name when I asked him to provide me with it after his (Putin remark) as I was now completely disgusted and demanded that I speak to his Manager, to which he refused me by saying 'No' and told me that he was in charge (as if) !!
I then asked him yet again for his name for my records and he rudely and outright refused again and then hung up my call, I am in utter disbelief and disgust of this whole encounter with Mister Auto, I called back again only praying that it would be another adviser as Mister Auto so proudly state on their website that they have "150 experts on hand to help us" (what a false and untrue statement that is!!) 150?? IF that figure was even half believable then how was my next call and the next 15 after that all answered by the same rude individual that had previously hung up on me, each time that I attempted to call back I had to painfully go through all of the automated options all over again and then when I would finally get through it would every time be the same unpleasant adviser answering and each time that I spoke and he heard it was me he just continued to hang up the line on me every single time, I am now so distraught by this, what a exhausting nightmare experience!!!
Where is my order???
Where is your customer service???
Where is the Manager???
I am in absolute disgust and disbelief of this awful experience, I will be taking further legal action against them.

AS I CLEARLY STATED IN MY REVIEW YOUR ADVISER HUNG UP THE LINE ON ME EACH TIME THAT I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHERE MY MISSING ORDERS WERE!!
I FIND IT EVEN MORE UNPROFESSIONAL THAT YOU DIDN'T CHOOSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AWFUL ADVISER IN YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW THAT WENT INTO CLEAR DETAILS OF THE AWFUL WAY IN WHICH HE TREATED ME AND CONSIDERING YOUR CALLS ARE ALL RECORDED AS YOU STATE ON YOUR AUTOMATED ANSWERING MACHINE, THEN YOU WILL CERTAINLY BE ABLE TO CHECK THE CALL RECORDS OF THAT DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FROM YOUR STAFF MEMBER BUT INSTEAD YOU CHOOSE TO COMPLETELY OVERLOOK THIS AND INSTEAD FALSELY STATE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED A COMPLETE ORDER IN WHICH I HAVEN'T!!!
I FIND IT EVEN MORE UNACCEPTABLE TO HOW YOU ARE ABLE TO RESPOND SO QUICKLY TO REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOT BUT YET YOU HAVEN'T ONCE REPLIED TO THE NUMEROUS EMAILS THAT I'VE SENT YOU??
SURELY THAT WOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS RATHER THAN WRITING A RESPONSE TO REVIEWS ONLY BUT WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT YOUR RESPONSE WAS ALL UNTRUE AND FALSE, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A COMPLETE ORDER AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION HOW ALL COMPLETELY UNTRUE.
LEGAL ACTION IS BEING TAKEN, I WON'T REST UNTIL I GET REFUNDED.

"Wrong part sent, no way to contact them???"

Just went to change blower motor that took four days longer than expected to be delivered after paying extra for priority shipping, I've now discovered its the wrong part straight away I can see its got the wrong electrical connection. No way to contact them from Ireland? Ridiculous

"Mr Auto "ie" is far removed from Ireland and which side of the road we drive on"

Mr Auto "ie" is not in Ireland you'd exect from an .ie website, Not only was it dispatched from Germany. Nobody seemed to have the common sence to question why would an irish customer on an irish site be happy with LHD headlights. Considering cars in Ireland are RHD and ordered from an "ie" website surely the expectaion would be RHD headlights. In fairness the returns was simple and easy, (the only thing to seemingly straightfoward) thats where the positives end, i returned package next day after delivery (tracked) arrived back at Mr Auto Germany several days later, some 2 weeks after delivery received, a phone call and message, being told not received yet, 17 days later i get refund. Overal an excruciatingly slow returns and refund for items that someone should have noticed to be glaringly obvious.
Doubtful i would purchase from Mr Auto "ie" again.

The saga goes on!!! now the 'customer response' team reply I don't have an account yet I'm sat looking at my account with a voucher code I can't use ....absolute JOKE. Phone the customer line and its in Italian.....hmmmm my Italian is rubbish

"Different product shipped"

Ordered ball joints from Mister Auto. Should be shipped Lemforder ones but received TRW without accessories in boxes stating that got the ones ordered.
Don't think will use them again.

"This is the second time in a row where…"

This is the second time in a row where I have had problems with misterauto. I ordered discs and pads for my Passat and someone obviously sent back their old discs and resealed the box and received a refund and misterauto did not check the box when they came back

"I am totaly dissapointed! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY"

I am totaly dissapointed by them. At the begining parts used to be right and fit for the car that you request it, but now every time they come WRONG size and don't fit to the car.
Only a waste of time and money. It happend to me several times.
Last time i ordered Brembo Discs for my car and they came up wrong size. I DON'T RECOMAND THEM

"Badly welded part, which completely came apart in one year"

Exactly one year ago I bought from Mister Auto a catalyc converter Faurecia brand, with which the 3 welding connection points came a part, went to a mechanic and he welded back €, after a little while due to the friction the tread from top of catalyc converter is completely gone, went to mechanic again and more € to weld the sendo to catalyc as there wasn't another way. Contacted mister auto and Faurecia to get a replacement, and for my surprise they want leave me without a car for more than 15 days, as they want me to return the part to them in the original box ( one year after) for them to make a decision about my replacement or refund. Ps: I told them that I have only one car and kids school is two km away, anyway they do not care. Be careful which brand and where do you buy your parts as these 2 are just rip off.
