"The "New" parts I received were damaged"
Ordered a CV Joint kit for my van with express delivery. Item arrived on time but the kit had clearly been opened previously and parts damaged. Packaging had been ripped open, grease all over inside of the box and a hole in the "new" CV boot. Asked the team for a partial refund to cover the cost of sourcing a replacement boot locally but I have to either send the whole kit back or accept a refund that won't even cover half the cost of a replacement boot. STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID USING THIS SITE!!!!!!

"Wrong size ball joints for my ford…"
Wrong size ball joints for my ford focus, I didn't realize till I attended to hub only to turn out the tapered pin is too small and can't tighten. I've used mister auto for years with good results despite slow delivery. I've used email and there app to communicate in the past, but I'm unable to find any sorse of communication online bar telephone line which is now closed.

Item I received did not fit my car. Returned the item and Mister Auto confirmed they received it. They then advised they issued a reimbursement which I did not recieve. They ask for a bank statement to confirm that no reimbursement was recieved, which i provided them with. They then requested a stamped and signed letter from my bank to confirm no refund recieved even though my statement clearly shows that there was no refund. Reading the other reviews here, nobody else seemed to be asked for statements or bank letters. It seems to me that this company is avoiding issuing refunds or making it hard for the customer in the hopes that they will just leave it be. Next step is contacting my solicitor regarding this issue. Appaulling service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Somehow ended up back ordering again take my advice don’t be fooled by there prices or False promises of refund if not delivered on time money back guarantee my butt… They are lying to me the past few days saying it will be here and still not here it was supposed to be delivered Friday still no order it hasn’t even reached DPD sorting office… Avoid Avoid Avoid The app is getting deleted as soon as I get my money back they are terrible to deal with not an honest bone in there body

Avoid !!!!!!! This company have no responsibility for selling werry bad quality parts ,wich cost big damage to my engine.And refuse !!!!!! to pay cost my engine repair, my costs was 2900 euro .Mister Auto Refuse !!!!!!! investigate my car damage parts and reason ,never send any independent enginieer to investigate and deal in situacion, my car was in garage waiting for 3 weeks unsolved.Mister Auto commucacion department was unprofessional dealing with me ,emails take sometimes 2 or 3 times beg to get answer ,week or two to have answer from them.I didint get any money for the bad quality part i orderd from them mister auto........
In my case i ordered 104866 FEBI BILSTEIN - Water Pump + Timing Belt Kit .Was fitted to my car, 3 weeks driving my engine was damage because ,Tensioner Pulley, timing belt failture.
I want to share my story to say AVOID !!!!! this unprofessional ,have no responsibility company without any respect to the costumer.

"Avoid at all costs!!"
Very poor quality parts and that's not all... Sending wrong parts and then "all on you". To get a refund the "customer" has to bring the parcel back to the courier's office to be posted back. I paid for the item and the delivery!!! Why should I get your bad work sorted??? Just not right!

"Failed delivery and customer service"
Had ordered for delivery around 5th January. Was delighted to get message that goods would be delivered on 4th January. Problems began from here. Today is the 8th January and delivery has not been updated since 2nd and is still in depot in France. Had contacted mister auto customer service on 4th to tell them the order appeared to be still in depot in France. They said not to worry they eould follow up and contact me on the app with an update. Nothing in the app and cannot get through to customer support since the 4th. Are they still in business?

"Dangerous part, They don't care , Still for sale !!"
Dangerous part warning , they use cheap and dangerous parts and they are still for sale on their site. I bought a fuel filter and over a month later the seal had been eaten away, the seal itself was made from some cheaper material than rubber and completely failed and broke apart when it was taken out. it leaked fuel all over the engine bay of my vehicle and all they could say was a petty 10 euro voucher and a refund, there is probably that spilled in fuel alone and an engine bay soaked in diesel that floods the car with the smell of diesel every time I turn a fan on. As far I'm concerned and probably the rest of the worlds population ,leaking fuel is pretty up there with parts to stop selling but apparently they don't care as it's still up there !! . Buy from them only if you have a death wish!!
