Liars. Tried to buy an $82 gas grill drip pan, but the shipping was ridiculous. Started getting e-mails from Anna with the customer service team. She finally sent me an e-mail offering free shipping. The code wouldn't work, so I called the store. Turns out that there is no Anna, there is no service team and there was no free shipping. All lies to deceive me. Screw these liars. I only like to buy from honest people.

Part missing and reported with info right away assembling the grill. Very disappointing and customer service drop the ball on this one! It’s been well over 2 weeks and nothing with a part being even ship for replacement not even answers. Ready to return at this point!
