Our grill was back ordered due to CV19. You kept us informed via email as to the status of our order. The delivery went well. I was amazed at how well the grill was packaged. It did take us almost a day and a half to assemble the grill. The directions left a bit to be desired. The video made it look so easy. Our grill will be connected directly to our gas line so we are waiting for the gas company to hook us up. I highly recommend Grill Collection to anyone needing a grill.

Delivery on time, checkout process was great, the only reason I'm rating 4 stars is at the price point I purchased the Napoleon prestige 665 pro, the power cable to the power supply and grill cover should be included, especially the power cable as it's essential and not considered as accessories

"Grill Collection poor customer service and company"

one of the worst on line companies i ever dealt with. order 6 bbq items on line on 10.28 zero response on shipping until i called myself and talk to someone 5 days later. at this time customer service told me that 2 of the items were not avaliable. this should have been indicated online when i order. it wasnt. the CS person told me that the items that were available shipped out 3 days ago and i was going to get a tracking number. nevef got one i called on the 6 day and another CS person informed me that it left yesterday again another lie. at this point i dont know who to believe and will wait for my products to show whenever they do

"I highly recommend Grill Collection"

I highly recommend Grill Collection. We purchased the Napoleon 42" Prestige PRO 665 grill and love it. The price was excellent, and the customer experience was great. Val and the team at Grill Collection were very responsive throughout the buying process and when we ran into a challenging install situation in our outdoor kitchen, they were very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ordering and paying for the product on aug. 20 before it was shipped did have set backs since we didn't receive the product untill Oct. 15. During the first part of the order we did received information about order and delay, however after we did have to request updated info on order and info was fast relayed back. Once shipped it all came together. After recieveing and assembling the napoleon bbq is a will built and cooking product.

"Home run"

Grill was a long lead item due to time of year (end of Summer). It came in a couple weeks early, delivery was well communicated. They even put it in my garage on the pallet! My wife was thrilled about that because I couldn't be there.
The grill itself took about 2 hours to assemble, taking my time. Directions were good, a few areas could have been more specific but overall it went together with no issues other than some extra screws that I assume are for other accessories that I didn't get.
The grill itself is awesome!!! The searing burner is a new addition for me, it works excellent. The rotisserie burner works well, the last 2 inches or so at the end is cooler than the rest but the chicken didn't care! All the controls work beautifully, the temp with all burners on hits almost 700! The large diameter SS grates are awesome and compare well to the cast iron grates on my last grill but they won't rust! Lastly, I thought I wouldn't care about the LED backlighted burner controls but they look really cool and add functionality too.

Overall a home run for both Grill Collection and the Napoleon Prestige 500. Highly recommend both.

"Communication With Useless Information"

My order, placed several months ago is still not complete. The only information Grill Collection can provide is that they will ship it when it arrives, or I can cancel. GC and their suppliers need to communicate specific information with projected dates, then follow up, not wait until the customer contacts them.
