We received our Grill when they said it would be delivered and it was in perfect condition. We absolutely love our Napolean Prestige Pro 825. It was the best price that I found and the no tax and shipping even made a bigger difference in the price. The quality of the entire grill is outstanding. We love cooking on it and everything comes out great.

"The communication wasn't great"

The communication wasn't great. I received two of my items but haven't received two others and I have no idea what to expect.

I bought some other grill things from other companies and BBQ Guys communicated much more effectively by using e-mail to tell me what to expect. Another company's communication was probably worse.

I strongly recommend the Grill Collection as a place that you can relay on to purchase all you outdoor kitchen products. I am super happy with their service and their products were excellent. I would also like to recommend their customer service staff as they were very reliable, professional and efficient. Thank you all for your great support and time.

I can't say the same for their shipping company ABF Freight, terrible service and delivery took way longer than expected, had to pick up item on the street because they wouldn't take it to my apartment.
That's why I'm not giving 5 stars to this review.

"All's well that ends well"

I was looking to purchase a Napoleon Grill and found purchase price to be basically the same everywhere, however availability was in short supply. I was happy to find it at Grill Collection, but 1 week after confirming the order I was told it was not in stock. I was given apologies but this didn't help my situation. I was offered to upgrade to a more expensive model which was in stock. Finally I was offered the upgrade with a very fair discount. It was shipped out quickly and received in perfect condition. Taking what would have been a 1 star review up to 5 stars.

"I ordered a grill that was on sale"

I ordered a grill that was on sale, only to be notified 3 days later that it was out of stock, and they could get it from a "Partner" warehouse, and if I agreed to pay an additional $150, they would process my order. Seriously? Isn't that the point of a sale, to sell items you have in stock at your warehouse, not someone else's warehouse for an additional charge? This is definitely a "Bait-n-switch". They did cancel my order quickly, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND this site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
