Amazing customer service! When I couldn’t find what I wanted in stock they called me and searched their warehouses and called me back three days later saying they had one they’d hold for me. Probably the best service I’ve ever had from an online retailer.

The product is excellent but the buying , shipping experience was subpar. I bought a rogue SE model and when I was making the purchase, the site as well as the customer online rep said it was available and will ship out next day or the day after confirming a delivery date that had to be met. I followed up the third day as I didn’t see Shipment confirmation, and after checking inventory/stock, turns out the grill is not available. They made an upgrade to prestige and split the up charge with me. I really liked the rogue SE and seemed like they would do anything And make promises for the sale.

Grill Collection Managed to get me a grill when my local grill shop was unable to get delivery of a Napoleon Prestige 500 with Side Burner after trying for over 6 weeks. My local shop told me I could not get one with side burner for the remainder of 2020. I found Grill Connection on line and although It was not easy and I did upgrade to the Prestige Pro 500 I got my new Grill with the side burner I wanted.

Great customer service. Downgrade from 5 stars only due to first grill arriving in damaged condition. Very impressed with the response from customer service though. I would definitely recommend Grill Collection.

Staff were great but the wrong tracking was given for the grill and it took a week to correct. Had to cancel two other orders that never shipped.

Excellent customer service! They gave me all the info I need in chat. The grill I ordered arrived in excellent condition! Although the time could improve, but that's not their fault. All deliveries during the pandemic takes a little more time.
