thank you! this is a christmas gift for my husband, he had been looking at the napoleon 850 for months now. I ordered it to surprise him, when it arrived he was like a little kid. the trucking company was amazing the grill arrived in perfect condition. My husband spent the weekend putting pavers down and setting up the grill was easy. He couldn't wait to make our first meal, pizza and last night we had steaks. He is so excited that he can make 51 hamburgers at one time. once covid is over we will be having a huge party to show off his new grill! thank you again!

I ordered a Napoleon grill and they said the warehouse didn't have the model would take a few weeks to get one. The representative Called me back a half hour later and found one in another warehouse and would send out next day. I was so pleased with the customer service team for locating and shipping the grill delivered in excellent condition. Customer team contacted me a three times following on status of order and delivery. I will buy all my bbq equipment and accessories from Grill Collection.
