"frustration of additional forms required..."

We had already sent you a change of agency letter 12 months ago and you then requested a new one as we now had access to the platform facility.
This was identical to the previous one but with 2024 on it. A very frustrating procedure which took additional time and effort to conclude.

Very difficult to find any way to invest the funds which have been held in cash without reinvestment.
As lm away from home cannot do this except online which is not allowed by Nucleus.
Other finance companies allow this.
Therefore l give only 1 out of 5.

It was a very simple query: to change my usual email address, but clearly needed appropriate security in the way it was dealt with. Nucleus were perfect: I was contacted by phone and email to confirm it was really me who wanted this, and very quickly. Top marks again for personal service.
