Almost all went well. This is the first time I have made a withdrawal from my ISA Account and hence Im just learning the process. After completing the withdrawal form I was a little surprised the time it took before I received the funds. As a result, I had to made 2 more calls to understand the process. The office in Edinburgh were suitably helpful and I will know better next time. Thank you.
