"Disappointing level of service"
A range of disappointing responses to my questions and information needs. Your IT systems have left a lot to be desired. For example, accessing information on the website proved challenging. Being asked to supply information which I believe you already hold. Also being put on hold when being transferred between departments, with the line being cut off.
The staff I spoke to were courteous and responsive but were let down by Nucleus systems and processes. As a consequence of my recent experience, I have decided to transfer my investment portfolio to an alternative organisation. In my recent experience, there has been a marked reduction in the quality of service provided by Nucleus, I'm sorry to say.
