Hmrc had sent a new tax code to place me on a month 1 basis. I never re roved a copy from them so wasn't aware of this. My payslip did not show it was operating on a month 1 basis. I ordered a lump sum on top of my normal withdrawal assuming it would be taxed at 20%. It was but then when my normal payment went through after it was taxed at 40% leaving me spprox £750 short on my pension. I now have to wait until at least June after payslips have been issued to get that back via a formal request yo hmrc. Ify payslip had shown I was on a month 1 basis I would have had a chance to rectify that prior to taking the payment. Not all your fault but the payslips layout needs to be changed to show that. I was also given the etong advice to return the lump sum payment to rectify it. Nothing csn be gone by you through the PAYE system in month 12 after parents have been made as it is at the tax year end.

It's difficult to be positive as I haven't really had the response I was told I'd get, i.e answers to the questions I asked, phone call promised, response by "next working day close of business".
I'm simply trying to find out how to withdraw my money, is that why it's so tricky to get responses?

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
They've been holding onto my father's pension for nearly 2 years. There's always an excuse or another form to fill in as to why they can't pay u your money that you are entitled too.
I personally think they're in dire financial trouble and probably can't pay out.
We're due a considerable amount but it's obvious they've got no intention of ever paying us. Dreadful company to deal with
