"I get investments go up and down in…"

I get investments go up and down in value, but as a private investor the portfolio I manage has more than gained the losses made in 2021/2022. My Nucleus investment on the other hand managed by so called professionals continue to lose value. To add insult to injury, Nucleus simply will not provide a third party pension provider with the information required, so ensuring that I cannot move my funds. There is also the matter of Nucleus claiming to have adequately responded, but unable to provide any proof. I have not even had a response to my question as to how to make a formal complaint.

I would say, avoid Nucleus!

"I've been trying for months to cash in…"

I've been trying for months to cash in an ISA and add the cash to my pension pot. Simple you would think....Still waiting. Spoke to them on Thursday and promised someone would call me the day after, no call received. Have to chase them again. Not great customer service unfortunately.

"There appears to be a disconnect…"

There appears to be a disconnect between the telephone calls I have made in the past month and the emails I receive from Nucleus Client Contact.

Between both I have received no firm answers in the past month of trying to get information on cash options. I am still waiting for a clear answer.

Dawn was the most helpful initially, on 6/03/2024, I was then informed that what Dawn offered is no longer on offer, but nobody can tell me what Nucleus can offer on Cash in a drawdown account. Very disappointing.
