"4 weeks of patient waiting…"
It is now over 4 weeks since as advised I made the first phone call to initiate what I thought was a straightforward withdrawal and transfer of the modest sum of 6,000 pounds from my nucleus off shore bond.
During the past 4 weeks I have had to answer 5 or 6 questions, fill out a 7 page document and provide bank details. At least 5 different people have politely corresponded with me advising me to be patient, understand how complex the process and assuring me they would get back to me.
4 weeks and still no action. I cannot understand why this is taking so long!
