"Bis jetzt top!"

Ich bin seit 1. Januar 2024 Kunde bei Swissquote.
Trading-Konto übersichtlich und die Preise werden jeweils immer Transparent dargestellt.
Des Weiteren sind die EasyInvest und Säule 3a eine coole Ergänzungen. Ich hatte bisher 2x mit dem Support zu tun und wurde nach ca. 10 Minute Wartezeit (was ich in Ordnung finde) kompetent und freundlich beraten und mein Anliegen könnte gelöst werden. Weiter so.

Swissquote has a solid platform, but the experience leaves much to be desired. The fees are noticeably higher than those of competitors, and customer support is slow to respond. The interface feels outdated, and frequent technical issues, coupled with slow withdrawal processing, add to the frustration. Overall, it’s not the best choice for serious traders.

Je vous prie de bien vouloir me restituer la somme d'argent que j'ai versée pour l'ouverture du compte. Cela fait maintenant plus de deux semaines que j'attends le versement de mon argent. J'ai demandé l'annulation du compte en raison d'une bureaucratie excessive pour l'ouverture, qui n'a jamais abouti. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir procéder à ce remboursement dans les plus brefs délais.

This year, Swissquote suddenly blocked my debt cards and bank transfer in out. No advance notification.

Tried to phone them several times. Still no solution.
My debts cards still have around 28000€. I asked them to return the money back to my account if they blocked the cards. But no answer for this issues. Each time call lasts long time and costs a lot money.
What they are doing is against the contract i signed with the bank.
They answered my above message and said that they send email to me. I didnot receive nothing. If they did send, then please send me the proof for that. I have sent several messages through account message. only receive the answer such as they need time to answer it or they delivery to special apartment, then nothing happened.

Et voilà ! Cela fait 3 jours que je n'est pas eu de nouvelles ,rien ! personne a l horizon , ni mail ,ni téléphone !

Ich habe vor 10 Monaten ein Konto/Depot bei Swissquote eröffnet. Die Eröffnung funktionierte super, jedoch ging es dann fast 14 Tage bis eine erste Überweisung sichtbar war, was mich etwas verunsicherte. In der Zwischenzeit bin ich sehr zufrieden, die Plattform funktioniert einwandfrei, der Support genauso. Das Angebot wird stetig erweitert, habe eben auch den Steuerauszug erhalten. Alles in allem super und empfehlenswert! Für eine Online-Bank ist Swissquote jedoch nicht konkurrenzfähig. Die Depotgebühr fällt zwar nicht ins Gewicht, aber die Kommissionen sind insbesondere an ausländischen Börsen sehr hoch. Saxo oder Cornertrader sind um ein mehrfaches günstiger. Wenn möglich tätige ich die Trade‘s aus Kostengründen über andere Depots.
