"Terrible"

We waited 5 months for our blinds to be correctly installed

"Poor performance, delivery & communication"

I am not happy with Kresta. My sheer curtains were ordered at the end of August, and now, in early December, I am still awaiting the final instalment of some of the curtains. I made sure both fabrics were in stock before I ordered them but was then advised one of the fabrics had some sort of fault in it and that I could either wait for it to be remade, or I could choose another fabric. I agreed to wait and was happy to do so as I liked the fabric. I had also ordered other curtains and even those these had been made and were ready for delivery I was told I would have to wait for these as they only do one installation. In mid November when the curtains were finally made (3 months later!), the installer technician advised there was a mistake on one of the curtains and they would have to be remade. That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a courtesy call to advise what is happening. The curtains have been installed but there are no curtains! The lack of communication between Kresta and the client makes for a very poor service. I am sorry to say Kresta were a very bad choice. They sent me an email asking to rate their service, and I am sorry I have to write what I have written. I paid full price, the curtains weren't at all cheap and I haven't been offered any compensation for the delay. I would have like to have cancelled the order when the initial problems began but the fine print says once the curtains are in production they cannot be cancelled. As I had already paid a 50% deposit on acceptance of the quotation, I was concerned I wouldn't get my money back if I tried to cancel and decided I would have to wait. Sorry, but not happy.

"Helpful - years' later"

We bought some blinds years' ago and they broke very quickly and we just lived with it.

After emailing a Facebook complaint, Rom has been very helpful in sending me runners to fix the blind.

I wish I'd contacted Kresta as soon as they broke as I think they'd have been under warranty then.

Very helpful and great customer service.

"Purchase and installation of Cellular Blinds"

Very pleased with the care and attention to detail shown by the installer when installing these Cellular blinds on 10 windows of various sizes. Overall pleased with the blinds. The only concern I have is related to the large blind fitted over the patio door and associated fixed window. This blind is probably the largest and heaviest of all 10 blinds. It is raised and lowered every day. The string has already become tangled preventing the blind from being fully lowered and the 3 strings are already stretched so all 3 are not of equal length. This make raising and lowering the blind a tricky event. I feel this blind will need to be re-stringed in the very near future. Wondering what the warranty period is?

"Excellent Professional Service"

This was the second time we have used Kresta. The 1st time was to order curtains and a shutter for our newly renovated home. We were so happy with the helpful advice provided by the consultant (Barbara) that we requested the same consultant when we decided to order some blinds.

We were extremely happy with the end result once the curtains, shutter and the blinds were installed and would not hesitate to recommend Kresta to anyone.

"Panel blind review"

Just had a third set of panel blinds installed by Kresta - last three years. Helpful in shop service and they come out, measure and show sample colours. Quick, professional install. However, his time I thought a bit on the pricy side. Maybe it might be time to look elsewhere..

"not happy"

I have used kresta 3 times prior to this last order and unfortunately i picked the wrong colour which is my mistake i accept this. I asked kresta for a new set at cost but no go. The rep thought the colour was ok too but it wasnt. Just one of those unfortunate mistakes. Apart from that. the service was fine

"VERTICAL BLINDS"

I recently had installed 7 windows/doors fitted with Kresta vertical blinds.
This was done cleanly and very efficiently by an extremely pleasant fitter.
From start to finish it only took 1 hour.
The blinds look excellent and really finish off my rooms beautifully, I can only say how pleased I am with the finished product.
I have since recommended Kresta to a number of friends and in fact my daughter is awaiting hers to be fitted.
