"This company scam people"
This company scam people.photos online show nice products! When they arrive they clearly have faults but clever photographer takes innocent pictures. I bought a coat and gloves! Zip is clearly damaged and a rip down the seem of the glove but not visible on the picture! Both go in the bin and wasted my hard earned money

"Dreadful customer service"
Dreadful customer service. No mention that goods aren’t fit for purpose. Legalised theft in my opinion. They aren’t interested in liaising with customers but just refer you to their small print.
Commercial pikeys.
Do not give them your money under any circumstances no matter how much you think you’re getting a bargain.

"My Gripe With Jon Pye’s….."
I’ve been a regular customer of John Pye’s over the years and been happy with my purchases. My only gripe ‘hence the 3 stars’ is the postage / delivery methods. There are sales that are delivery only which I disagree with. I live a short distance from JP’s Nottingham, if I make a purchase there is a £10 delivery charge even though I collect the items. Why can’t these sales be delivery or collection saving on the £10 delivery ? I know people like myself who have stopped using JP’s for this reason. Needs looking at.

"The products I brought was obviously…"
The products I brought was obviously faulty and nearly set my van on fire, the product was a Halfords compressor which blew my fuse ox and filled my van with smoke!
Wouldn’t order anything else from here again

"Very poor"
Very poor, I bought a bracelet & earrings for nearly £200. The photos appeared to make the items look undamaged. The description did not mention the damage. When I complained & asked for a refund I was refused & they said I could have come into the auction to view the items. I also bought an electric blanket that also did not work- so selling broken electric items which could be dangerous. Again no refund .

"DO NOT USE THIS AUCTION SITE !!!!!’"
Disgusted with both the goods and service received. Purchased a batch of 2 toasters, one arrived in such poor condition it immediately when in the bin, the other did not even work.
When I spoke to the advisor basically told, I should have travelled to Nottingham to test it, nothing they would do and it’s the way it is. Recommendation, do not use this site.

"Scamming Machine"
GUYS AVOID AVOID THE ELECTEONICS IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE SHOWROOM AND CHECK THEM.
THEY INTENTIONALLY HIDE THE CRAP IN NICE BOXES SO YOU GUESS THEY LOOK GREAT AND THEY WILL HAVE TO GO STRAIGHT AWAY TO THE BIN BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING TO DO TO FIX THEM.
I HAVE ALSO WON SEALED LOGITECH G502 HERO.
IN THE PICTURES WAS BRAND NEW SEALED BOX. I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT BOX WITH SAME ITEM, THE MOUSE LOOKING DIRTY SCRATCHED. BECAUSE THEY COUNT TO SELL THEM ON PPL WHO DON'T ATTEND SO THEY WON'T REFUND THEM UNDER THIS EXCUSES.
I HAVE ALSO WON PS5 CONTROLLERS.
4 OUT OF 7 WERE DEFECTIVE.
NOTHING I COULD HAVE DONE.
AVOID UNLESS YOU ATTEND SO YOU WON'T GET SCAMMED.
THAT IS A SCAMMING COMPANY WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION SO YOU CANNOT DEFEND YOURSELF!

"Overcharging delivery!!!! "
It is good overall, you just need to pay attention to what you bid.
I feel like the fee's are waaay high.
You pay 25% buyers premium, + VAT and the delivery charges are astronomical.
£45 for a small hob, on top of which you also pay VAT on it. Extremely overcharged.
Rating is based on the delivery charges.

"They lie on information! Stay away!!"
Dont buy from them specifically electronic items.. They just sold me carpet cleaner. Where the pipe is being cut and there was no information or the pictures we put on that auction list!
