"I ordered t transmission on 30 Jan and…"

I ordered t transmission on 30 Jan and I asked the salesman when it would arrive. He said it would be here in 7-10 days. Its 14 Feb and the item hasn't shipped yet. I called to cancel the order and was informed I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I called and spoke with a manager who was very rude. He said they have a 7-14 business day shipping window. I asked his to play the recording of my purchase call and indeed the man said it would arrive in 7-10 days. I asked for a full refund and only got 75%. The shipping is free to a warehouse and $150 for residential. The shipping charge was $150, and they even took 25% of that.

Hack job 4L60E rebuild. Before I even used it I had another shop take it apart and they said maybe 10% rebuild at best. Ripped me off don’t make my same mistake

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. i ordered a trany. Took close to a month to receive the trany and the transmission shop called, informing me that the trany is broken. The speed sensor inside the casing was shattered. The shop charged me 900.00 for labor on top of another 900.00 that i paid for the transmission to this company. I submitted a claim for replacement or refund and it has been over 10 days with no response. i have called like others and spoke with a lady named Art. She basically talks BS and tells me that her supervisor will call me. No call or email from supervisor or anyone. i have been calling them pretty much every day for the past 7 days and she repeats the same BS. She hung up on me 3 times today. I will be taking legal action against this company

I wished I’d read the reviews first, Donot buy nothing from these people bought a transmission went out in a week. Got run around from them to find out they will not honor warranty.. these people do not stand behind what they do.. their customer service sxxxx… my Mexican brothers no compren nada de aquí les voy horar un dolor de cabeza…

I Bought a transmission on 9/30/2022 from QUT, I also paid for the labor, the transmission was put in, after 3 weeks of driving it started to slip out of gear, I contacted the warranty department they sent out another transmission, the 1st one was taken out, the second one put in, both labor cost paid by me. I contacted the warranty department to be reimbursed for the labor cost. I spoke to Art, Mary, Prexy in the warranty department, they all have the same line of Bull. Margaret is the person in charge of getting the message to the, as they say (The Higher Up), I should have read the other complaints first. This company is full of you know what. A big SCRAM, they need to be run out of business. I have been getting the run around, drop calls, no refund yet, VERY FRAUDULENT an absolute cut-throat company.

5/17/22 I bought a transmission and was told shipping is about 2 weeks. Days later, the shipping co said it went to their distribution center but was not found. QUT (Quality Used Transmissions) explained it was lost and would send one ASAP. They sent it but it was damaged and unusable. Upon request by QUT, We provided a video, the mechanic’s official report with costs, and diagnostics. 3 to 4 weeks later we received a different trans. The 1st then removed and the 2nd installed. All paid by me. The warranty dept at QUT said to write to them for a refund of the 2nd installation. I did and on Monday, July 18 2022 I received an email saying :
Hello, I hope this finds you well. I just received the confirmation for your labor claim request and I regret to inform you that the supervisor has denied your claim as we do not cover problems with the intake manifold. With this, I am sincerely sorry but we can no longer escalate as this is already voided from the supervisor himself. Thank you. Sam …Warranty Department.
Wed July 20th I wrote: Sam I do not know what you mean by intake manifold. My invoice was for the replacement of the transmission. Please call me.
On August 2nd, 2022 I spoke to the manager Sancho, he said not to worry, acknowledged the error, and will send me a reimbursement. September 22 2022 I talked to him. He apologized again and said he would take care of it.
I still have not received anything.
12/1/22 I spoke to Art in the warranty dept. She said the system shows my issue in process but to speak to the mgr and she would transfer the call and email him as well. I asked to be copied. She transferred me and I was met with a dial tone.

I hope to resolve this issue with a reimbursement of $563. After reading other complaints, I believe the next thing they may say is, that according to the warranty the buyer will pay for shipping and restocking fees, nullifying any return. Making the warranty a joke and maybe illegal.

Transmission was delivered, only after a few calls. Once installed, the transmission was defective. I’ve called and emailed the warranty department multiple times. Still no replacement transmission.

This company sold me a transmission that not only wasn't inspected or cleaned, it couldn't be checked because the dipstick was jammed and couldn't be removed to check the fluid. The fluid itself was full of metal fragments!

Requested quote on rebuilt product, only to be offered used crap. Then offered to drop the price. Deceitful in my opinion. I wouldn't use them. They could have asked if I was interested in used. I don't believe they carry rebuilt at all.

Terrible company , please read the better business bureau reviews before you buy anything from them .
I paid $1720 for a used transmission 0n 05/18/22 , ( invoice #395681) they never sent me a tracking number , 16 days later when the transmission arrived , turns out they sent me the wrong one ! I promptly returned it , and told them that I wanted a full refund since they didn't provide the proper unit , 07/13/22 I'm still waiting for my refund ! The company has never contacted me , though I have left numerous messages with the "manager " customer service is a joke , they send you on a run around and will never get back to you , you never get a definitive answer about any of your concerns !
So far after nearly 2 months the only thing I've gotten from them is that I'm out $1720 , and still not a peep /word from this company ! Terrible company and maybe criminal as well , I still haven't received a refund !!!!!
