"Transmission came with bad solenoid."

I ordered a transmission for my son's Chevy S-10 pickup for $800. It was delivered to my local Chevrolet dealer for installation (cost $1,200). After installation, there was a problem with a defective solenoid and I contacted "Quality" Used Transmissions about their warranty and they basically told me too bad , we can't help you. Cost me another $300 to fix the transmission. This company is crap. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I promise you will regret it. To add to this review the managers that work their do not return calls messages or anything. Their voicemail are completely full of people complaining. They do not have a warehouse they are the middleman. Basically a broker and love to scam people out of their money!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!. I repeat do not order anything from their website! They will SCAM you. This is a scam website just like all the people below me with ALL 1 star reviews. They do not answer their phone. Or return phone calls. Once you order the parts they will not change anything and charge you a restocking fee. I am a Service Manager at a Dealership and I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer service. I cancelled a order 1 1/2hrs after I ordered an engine for a customer and they charged over $600.00 for a restocking fee?? The order never processed. I am in process of contacting BBB and will be filing a claim in small claims court. They are currently under investigation from the states D.A. I repeat this is a scam site. They are stealing peoples money all over the USA. See all the reviews below if you have been stolen from also. There is a lot of information of where to file claims. I have never seen anything like this before the SCAM is real. They do not have a warehouse! They are just brokers and middlemen. DO yourself a favor and call a real auto dismantler. All of their comments on their website are all fake! Great news though there is no way they can stay in business doing this to so many people. SCAM AND HORRIBLE P

I placed an order 15 days ago. 3x i was told by quality control (after a long wait time) that my transmission was just released and waiting for shipping. I could expect a tracking # by end of day. Nothing. It took a solid several days of calling and complaints to even reach a supervisor. They are reading a script to shut you up till you cancel the order so they can charge 25% of the total price just to anger you off. Horrible company. Horrible service. Wouldn't even give one star if i had option.

Well after ordering a transmission from them it is when i looked online and seen all the bad reviews. I waited almost 7 weeks for my transmission but i finially got it and it running well so far . My rating is a 3 because one the part was delivered to the repair shop the person to whom recieved it asked where this part came from and they said a salvage yard in Houston . well i realised then the reason it took so long was because they had to find one or wait for the right one to be available for my car . so they charged me 1200 bucks for locating a used part in my town to have it sent to me . well i could have done that for a lot cheaper . They dont have a salvage yard they are locaters . so before you pay alot of money to this company try lavating one near you instead .

I was skeptical after reading their reviews! But they sent me a transmission that was awesome works great they're a very busy company thank you for sending me a good transmission I got lucky I'm sure!
