we ordered our transmission expecting to be ready to install it came damaged we reordered hoping for a quick shipment our mechanic went out of business before we could get the second one with promises that it was on the way wrong....the one we had the new mechanic put in it has a problem with circulating the fluids its back in the shop I thought it was checked out before being sent with a warranty that it would work wrong again this has been a night mare to deal with we paid lot for a faulty
transmission it has been three months with out a car it cost us for towing and for parts that were lost during the mechanic shift

All was good...but some parts were damaged in shipping. One switch was cracked and broken along with the dip stick being bent. I did have the parts to fix it from my old tranny. All in all I am pleased.

"The Transmission works great, but it took 3 extra seals to make it work"

The transmission was installed and worked great. No noise, smooth shifting, and is great. Noticed a leak coming from the driver front shaft. Had the shop replace the seal. leaked again. we are on the third seal and noticed a very small leak still coming from the shaft. I don't like the mess not the garage floor, but can live with it. At least I have the car back and can drive it. I do not know if the seals are defective or your trans mission has a small nick that causes the leak.

I bought a 02 WRX trans and installed it after the original one grenaded after 156K. The trans seems to be working fine after several weeks. We don't see corrosion in Colorado so when it showed up with some corrosion on the shift linkage and exterior components I was concerned. All is well and the trans is working fine. Good Job guys!

"Used Transmission received timely, but is now failing on BMW after 3 weeks"

We received the transmission for the 2002 BMW 330i very timely - it showed to have 61K miles on the transmisson. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then this morning appears to have failed - i will be calling the warranty service to discuss the options I have. Extremely dissapointed to have gone through all this for my son and to have it failed. Can't say that I would recommend the company at this time depending upon how I this is handled with the warranty

I have a 23-year-old Saab 900, and the transmission died on me on the highway. I was getting estimates for rebuilds "starting" at $3000, and some mechanics said they were not even sure they could get all the parts. I found a used transmission online through Quality for $900 with only 76,000 miles (which is low for a Saab). It's been installed and running great for three weeks now (knock wood), so thank you!!!!
