If I could give them a zero I would. This company is the biggest scram I have ever dealt with. Its my fault that I didn't look at reviews which I normally do.

I purchased a used transmission and they sent me the wrong one. I asked if I can return it... they wanted to charge me 25% restock fee and $245 x 2 for pick up and shipping it back. I paid 570 for the transmission and the person on the phone told me if I ship it back I would not get any of my money back and that I would owe them more money. He was rude and nasty towards me. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. I work to hard for my money for someone to scam me like this.

I ordered and can cancelled my order and it took them 3 weeks to refund my money AND they didn't refund $300 of it. This company are,scam artists. They never even pulled it from the shelf and kept a third of our money. Don't order from them.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I do not even know where to begin, this entire company is a SCAM! They send you the wrong transmission, take weeks upon weeks to answer one call and the worst part is they keep your money after agreeing to a full refund! Both SCOTT and JOHN are SCAM artists. On the BBB's website they have several locations listed with their same number listed and every single one had an F rating. I am honestly concerned that a "business" like this is allowed to operate. ALSO- if you look at their "positive reviews" they are mostly all written on/around the same day. Its pretty easy to make up fake email addresses and write fake reviews.

i purchased a used tranny, the wrong one was sent, iI communicated with the customer service individual named Scott who stated in an email that a different one which was being tested for my vehicle would be sent soon, in which I replied I no longer wanted a tranny sent but desired a refund....I continue to get the run around and no positive response regarding a refund.....I do not recommend doing business with this outfit

WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased used transmission from QUT recently, and when trying to install it, my mechanic discovered that it was damaged and not usable. I emailed a statement/order form from my mechanic with an explanation about the damaged product to the QUT warranty department.
I also specifically stated that I wanted to return this damaged transmission for a refund.
Scott, at the warranty department, emailed back to me and said that I will receive a bill of lading so it could be returned and that I would get a full refund shortly after the transmission is back in their facility. I have been waiting for a bill of lading for a while and never got it.
I emailed Scott again and told him that I am still waiting for the bill of lading and that I need my money back. Scott called me then and asked if I needed a replacement, and I said NO, I just wanted to return the damaged transmission for a refund, like I stated in my email.
About a week later I received an email from QUT that they sent to me a replacement transmission… I have talked to Scott again about the situation and he said he will take care of it again. I kept calling and emailing Scott, but since then, I never received a response from him of any kind. When I finally could reach Scott again on the phone, he acted like this case never happened and that transmission is now out of warranty, and I can’t return it to get my money back. He was very rude and hung up on me without listening to my arguments about the true situation.
TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They pretty much robbed me of my money ($1,375.00). NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and I will be strongly advising everyone with car repair shops and private parties not to buy anything from QUT!!!
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

THEY GOT CASH FROM SPEEDY CASH, CASHNETUSA AND SOME COMPANY CALLED EVOICE. Still trying to get my money back. They are a bunch of thieves. BEWARE!!!!!

Absolutely awful experience with absolutely terrible "employees". God awful customer service with people who do not assist. Bought a transmission from this website, I got shipped the wrong transmission. I was told Scott Green was the supervisor. Spoke to Scott Green and he did nothing to satisfy or attempt to make things right. Scott Green didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! As a supervisor did not even sympathize with the fact that THEY shipped the wrong transmission and THEY were in the wrong. Absolutely terrible company with terrible employees and customer service. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY AGREE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE.

These people are absolute crooks!!!! Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company!!!! The absolute most horrible experience I've ever had with any company!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!

Absolute crooks. Two thousand miles after install (done 2x to try again with new seals to stop leaking around rusted output shaft) it has "Torque Converter/Clutch Solenoid Circuit" code, goes into fail-safe mode. AAMCO states rebuild necessary. Near impossible Warranty Claim process (requirements) even IF you didn't miss the fine print about the NEED to REGISTER for your WARRANTY within 10 days of installation. Just had to hear from F-head Scott rage at me how I didn't fulfill my end of the agreement, "Your warranty is VOID - and that's the end of it" and hung-up. I plan to pursue any and all ways to at least bring these scumbags to light. I'm retired, have the time, am tenacious about getting justice when mistreated/robbed. Any other takers?

I purchased a used 42,000 transmission from Quality Used Transmissions. First of all it took more thank three weeks to receive the transmission. Secondly, there is NO way that this transmission had 42,000 miles on it! Maybe 142,000 miles?????
Once my shop installed the transmission the pan gasket started leaking. They sent the tranny with a sealed and gooped up makeshift gasket. Thirdly, the rear differential drain plug could not be tighten because they cross threaded the plug when they probably drained the fluid before shipping.
When driving at any speed I hear a rubbing/dragging noise coming from the tranny.
I tried to avoid a $2200 rebuild and now I have $1241.47 invested in a suspect transmission.
I'm curious why this company is in Michigan and my transmission was shipped from Oregon????
I'm very disappointed. I work for the largest Porsche dealer in the country (27 years) and all the techs told me not to buy a used transmission.
I left two messages for their warranty department about a reimbursement and no call back.
I just received an email from "Scott" and he informed me that they will not cover these additional expenses.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
