"Worst customer service ever."

Shocking service. Nothing gets done unless you ring them constantly. I ring every 2 days or so, but it seems there is a purposeful go slow. Maybe to avoid a payout till the next quarter? It all seems like an pretty cynical operation to drag heels to delay a payment.

Worst company i have ever dealt with for customer service.

"Appalling customer service"

Appalling customer service. No one ever replies to emails or responds to telephone calls. Our claim has been ongoing since December 2020. Due to a burst water main our bungalow subsided and we have been sleeping in the lounge since it happened. We are aged 69 and 73.
The claim has been accepted and a complaint has acknowledged that we have been badly treated but still nothing has been done about the subsidence.

It seems very strange that EVERY review has been answered by Crawfords EXCEPT mine, even those submitted after mine. I’m still waiting….time for legal action I think.

Still no response from Crawfords. Now going through the complaints process with the insurer Towergate and also referred to the ombudsman.

Crawfords have mine and my husbands mobile number and have managed to contact us each time I have registered a formal complaint. No calls received today.

"Worst service ever"

The worst customer service I have received to date. No contact whatsoever. No one responds to emails or contacts you back when they say they will. Poor customer service and lack of updates. My claim is still ongoing - every time I ask to speak to management - conveniently no one is ever around. They don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Absolutely disgusting. Very unhappy and unsatisfied.

I'm calling can't get through.
I'm tired of emailing and being igorned.
Someone needs to call me for a change.

I have ALREADY emailed.. I emailed the address you sent already.
I emailed last week and this morning. I have emailed and every email is ignored and not responded to.

"Over 5 years of worry and distress !"

Had to put 1 star to submit review but they dont deserve that as been dealing with this company for over 5 years now and i echo what others have already said ! they dont reply to emails or telephone calls until i have to ring Tesco who are my Insurers ,and complain and even then they take ages to respond as they are the loss adjusters for my home insurance with TESCO i am presently seeing what my legal rights are as this has been going on now for over 5 years! they do not think about the distress and upset they cause by there lack of customer service or care very unprofessional its a shame i did not read the reviews first! They just ignore questions and fob you off and then you go through it all again and again and again at the moment im also pursuing it via the Ombudsman's Office, and have been told they get ignored too!!.

I dont know about UK but the office in ontario canada is nothing short of crooks who make their living off of ripping hard working people off. BAD FAITH INSURANCE. fair warning. Too bad I had to leave 1 start because 0 stars would be generous at best!

"Appalling company"

Crawford and Company are acting on behalf of Nationwide for my insurance claim.

Crawford do NOT reply to e-mails.

They do NOT do what they say they will do.

Months and months will go by without them doing any work on my case. Then when I call them they will suddenly do it. They have to be project managed at all times otherwise they will not do any work. It is like looking after a naughty child.

Everyone who works for Crawford and Company that I have dealt with over the past 3 1/2 years is incompetent, under-qualified, under-trained, unprofessional, lazy and in some cases downright liars.

The company is basically a scam operation.

Edit - Within 10 mins had the below reply from Crawford. They can't do their job, but they can reply to trust pilot compaints.
Why would I bother e-mailing them to complain? 2 years of complaints have not got me anywhere!

"Appalling"

We have been dealing with Crawco for eight monthes and are still waiting for work to be carried out .
Crawford are acting on behalf of Halifax for an accidental damage claim covered via insurance for a septic tank collapse.
Crawfords have left us for eight monthes with faulty drains ,they do not appear concerned with the environmental impact of the broken drains or more importantly the health impact on us and our children.
Eight months with no progress,eight months with no direction,eight months to act but still nothing.
An absolute disgrace of an organisation that have sadly had a negative impact on us and many others it would appear.
To be left in these living conditions for such a significant amount of time should be illegal.
Wherever possible when taking out insurance the lesson learned is to check if Crawfords would ever be the loss adjusters ,as in this case and what looks like many others they have completely failed in there purpose.
Thank you Crawford and co for ruining our lives and leaving us unassisted for the last eight month’s and counting.
Your incompetence has become legendary and the disdain and lack of a duty of care you have shown to us as customers is simply inexcusable and appalling.

"If only I could give a zero star…"

If only I could give a zero star review. I made a claim for an accidentally damaged television, and received a replacement. I was initially impressed with how quickly they handled this. However, upon opening the box, we discovered the tv was damaged. We called them - took about one hour to get through to the right department. I was told the courier would call me back. Waited 2 months and no one did. Only to call today, and be told there was no record of my phone call. Please avoid like a plague. I’ll be cancelling my policy once this is sorted.
