"Terrible service!! Money wasted!!"

I am absolutely disgusted with Karibaa’s service!! I ordered a second hand book end of February - still no sign of it and NO-ONE from customer services gives feedback, updates regarding shipping or responds to email enquiries regarding this order.

I will never ever order from you again!

"KARIBBA IS A SCAM FOR SURE !!"

I ordered the Book Metabolical - paid R592.00 that was in 3rd of February - numerous emails etc. etc still no book. These people are despicable and out rights thieves!! avoid and do not be taken in. I now have my book via Exclusive books and what a pleasure. WHY I EVER USED THIS BUNCH OF ROUGES HEAVEN ALONE KNOWS!!

Hi guys, here is my true story below. This Kariba thing is a serious scam. i sent the this email and paid for my bicycle in full. but until today, i have not gotten anything, let alone a response to my emails. i believe they only replied once.

They refuse to give me my refund. I believe this company is fraudulent. They do not answer phones nor emails.

I placed a order for 2 books on 2 March 2023 order nr #000005796. To date I did not receive the books.
When enquire just get an auto reply.

Order 000004200 - I received an email to say my item was out of stock and I would receive a refund within 7 working days. This was on 23rd January 2023. It is now 28th March and despite emailing several times, I have not heard back nor got my refund.
