"Ordered a Lego set for my Son's Bday"

Ordered a Lego set for my Son's Bday, after ordering and paying via EFT realised the item won't arrive in time and subsequently cancelled my order and requested a refund the following morning. The order was placed on Wednesday the 22nd of Feb 2023. I only received an email from them on Friday as follows: "Thank you for your order from Karibaa.com. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." No contact details nothing and no reply to my cancellation request! I then sent 2 more emails requesting a refund but received no response as yet. Karibaa responded to my refund request late afternoon on Tuesday the 28th of Feb confirming the refund has been processed. I received my refund the following day. All I can say is that I am surprised that they actually refunded me. If the communication could have been more efficient I would have been a lot more trusting and at ease. As a recommendation to Karibaa - make sure you phone lines work, update your website with a physical address and respond to emails promptly. Also make available card payments, not only EFT.

Order no #000001482 did ask for a refund on the 9th November 2022, everything was processed on the 14th November 2022, till now nothing has happened and they don't even respond to my emails anymore...

"This MUST be a SCAM"

I cant imagine that this is legitimate at all! There are no shoe sizes to ANY of the shoes offered online. How is that even possible? Should people order a shoe for thousands of rands and then just hope they get a shoe-size that might fit?
Also no responses to emails enquiring about this.

"That I did not receive the book I paid for"

I ordered a book on the 20 December 2022 and received an email that it will be dispatched in the week beginning 9 January 2023. It is now 11 February and I have still not received the book. I have written several emails to support but the latest answer was that deliveries take 10 - 25/30 working days.

One book was delivered late December.

I have emailed them continuously for feedback on the outstanding book but get this ridiculous response without any further feedback.

I ordered a package on the 30th, i had to call again on the 18th to find out what is happening. They did not even process the order. So they tell me the package will arrive on the 25th, today and guess what no package. I contacted them today and they said it will arrive the end of the week. No tracking number nothing and the person behind the phone is not very helpful. I read online all the reviews and i am afraid that i won't get this order. Everyone say's they are scammers and atleast 70% of the people did not receive their goods...... What am i to do? I tried to reverse the funds at my bank but they say it is likely so that i will never get my money back......

I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. I have tried emailing and phoning on multiple occasions and there is no reply. I ordered a book many months ago and it has not arrived. The address listed in Johannesburg does not exist.

"Poor Customer Service"

This is most definitely the worst e-commerce online shopping experience. I ordered some books (Order number #0000003394) for an amount of R1247 on 3rd January 2023. I received an email stating I would receive a response in 48 hours.
On 11th January 2023 I sent an email to their Support Address and have not heard a reply.
The contact number 0115687659 does not get answered.

Shocking Customer Service and I am wondering if my ordered books will ever be delivered or if this is just another scam website.

No way to contact Karibaa as they have no social media handles or any other way to contact them.

"KARIBAA MASSIVE FRAUDSTERS!!"

Karibaa does not even diserve any star.Ordered hockey bags in May 2022 and NEVER reiceived them! 15 girls went on tour with no bags!!! NO REFUND GIVEN AS WELL!
EMPTY PROMISES , will blame delay in delivery ,promise to refund inn90.days then 48 hours .It is allread January 2023. NOTHING NO PRODUCT OR REFUND!
