I had ordered and paid in November and have had NO feedback whatsover, no update on my order. Have sent numerous Mails but no luck!
Finally received the book, very happy it arrived after all!

I ordered and paid for goods on 14 November 2022- I have sent numerous e mails made numerous phone calls to (answering message) the number on website. Had one automated response that promised they will respond within 48 hours - now 4 days later again no response. Sadly I noticed on their facebook page that many consumers are experiencing the same extremely annoying non existent service. Yet consumers are still daily ordering from them online.

I would give a 0 if I could! I ordered and paid for a product on the 6 October 2022. Still no product and we are on the 11 November 2022.
Its not an honest business!
They dont even offer refund after such terrible service and communication!

I ordered a 32gb iPod and while the device was delivered, it was a 16gb device. I emailed to find a resolution to this problem but it has been ignored.
