Very satisfied with the way Bedgear handled an issue I had with my mattress protector.

I bought this pillow for my wife just over a year ago. She loved it at first until a couple of months ago she started getting allergic related hives on the back of her head, neck and the side of her face. She lent me the pillow, not knowing her reaction was related to the pillow until I started getting the same symptoms. She removed the pillow from our bed and we started to clear up and haven't had an outbreak since. Just thought you should know that these pillows start to break down after the year warranty is up and it's obvious whatever is in them is not good for the skin. I do not recommend this pillow to anyone.

Nothing's worse than purchasing something and not having the company that made it basically say no refunds, no returns. Thanks for the purchase, but you're on your own now! Bedgear stands behind their products. Had the pleasure of chatting with Fredy. He's extremely understanding and his mission is your happiness. He represents Bedgear very well. They should feel lucky to have him as some customer relations employees don't seem to get the customer aspect of their job. I completely suggest giving them a shot and finding the proper pillow for your bodytype. That's key. Also, I would hope that Bedgear recognize Fredy as a valuable asset to their company and treat him as such! Thanks Fredy!

"I so wanted to give this 5 stars…"

I was once very much in love with my pillow! However, after about a year to 18 mos of use, it lost a lot of it's support. I'm still using it because the standard pillows just leave me with agonizing neck pain, and I'm not try to revisit that life! I've had my pillow about 2.5-3 years now and at one point the inner material started making crumpling & popping noises like bubble wrap! Ugh! I'm toughing it out, but I need a new one! For the price, I expected more. Spending $80 every 1-2 years for a new pillow just seems absurd!

Bedgear is a requirement in my bedroom now. It started with one of there pillows which was so amazing, that led to buying another pillow with a smaller blanket, which led me now having Bedgear sheets and blanket on my bed along with 4 Bedgear pillows. The multi position pillows are what I use and they totally change sleep for me. Before Bedgear I had sore shoulders and neck and ever since the switch, it has been amazing. The firmness and cool gel keeps me cool and sterdy. The sheets and blankets keep the perfect temperature with the mesh and areas that allow out heat. I have never slept so well as the last few year when I started incorporating Bedgear items into my sleep setup. Thanks Bedgear!!
