"Incredible customer service...."

Pillow purchased at local furniture store was not suitable for my size. Bedgear customer service could not have been more accommodating, asking a few questions and making a recommendation for a more suitable pillow which they shipped to me. It was apparent that the rep had a depth of product knowledge, was friendly, professional and sincerely helpful. I am happy and have recommended Bedgear to others who subsequently purchased from customer service.

"Selling Bedgear and Buying Bedgear/Different Experience"

I sell Bedgear products and their products themselves are amazing!!! But when I purchased a product from the website it was not up to par and so I called and someone helped me but customer experience just seemed a little subpar. After getting info I had more questions and so I emailed for more information but never got a response. That’s simple customer service. Being in customer service myself, Bedgear needs to know not responding is not good. At all.

"In over 2 weeks and contacting them 3 …"

In over 2 weeks and contacting them 3 times I still do not have a shipped order or an answer as to when it will ship. They avoid this question every time I ask telling me 'you will receive an email when it ships.' Today I called so I could talk to someone and was told I would receive a reply by the end of the day. That did not happen. I am canceling my order and will never order from here again.

"Ver-Tex 6.0 Performance Mattress -waste of money"

We just purchased a new mattress and on the strong arm sell of the Mattress Warehouse of Salt Lake City paid $229.00 for a new temperature regulating Ver-Tex 6.0 Performance Mattress protector. Deeply regret ever buying one from this company. Please do not waste your money.

I will never get to test the protection of this pad as it is so uncomfortable to lay on we have taken it off the new bed within the first 3 days of use.
It feels like you are laying on slippery plastic. Your sheets slide all over when you lay on them, and also our deep pocket sheets would not stay on the mattress when we moved the new adjustable base.

I removed this mattress protector and put on my old one and we love our new bed and adjustable base. No problems of slippage at all.

Mattress Warehouse would not take a return on it, so now I will go directly to Bedgear, although after the other reviews I read I do not hold out much hope that this company will make things right.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It's overpriced product that does nothing that it is advertised. Customer service is horrible and the warranty stipulations are impossible to adhere to. WASTE OF MONEY! Because of their useless mattress protector I now have a void warranty on my $2500 mattress.

We have always purchased a mattress protector when buying a new mattress. Deeply regret ever buying one from this company. Please do not waste your money we have bought from other companies with great experiences but with this company they are unprofessional, rude, never do what they say and have yet to resolve a simple issue! I want everyone to know because there are definitely better companies out there.
